I bought Noveouz Sweet Last night and payed 100 CAD, It was pice of trash. The materials have been used were awful. I never ever come back there. The staffs were impolite.

The kitchen downstairs where they bake some of the cakes is also infested with cockroaches. Someone needs to report this place to public health as the hygiene and safety standards are extremely low.

I visited this place today around noon. I experienced the worst customer service of my life at a pastry store. The cakes didn't have any price tags, so you have to ask an employee for the prices. I approached the lady with glasses at the cash register to inquire about the cakes and prices. Instead of helping, she responded with attitude, making me feel unwelcome. I feel like that she was the manager; the owners should address these issues with their employees. I won't be returning to any of their locations.

Great place and great quality persian style cakes . Only issue is most of their ice cream faloodeh etc in the fridge don’t have any displayed price so i constantly have to ask ! It’s a bit inconvenient as i don’t like to ask too many questions. Hope they start displaying prices in future.
I had a disappointing experience at BB Cafe tonight. I gave them one star because while enjoying their icecream, I encountered a sharp object in one of the bites, which almost caused my gum to bleed. Totally disappointing !!

I spent 50 dollars for just a few small pieces of sweet pastries, and guess what? Instant upset stomach. The pastries were not fresh definitely so caused me food poisoning!
