I just want to reiterate how disappointed I am with your service last week. I was responsible for a retirement party on Friday March 15th at noon and I wasn't able to feed anyone. I had pre-scheduled this multiple days in advance and I didnt receive a declined response until 11:50am the same day it needed to be delivered. The worst part is, I had no time to prepare to look for alternate options for food as I received confirmation texts and emails throughout the morning. I do think you need a better consideration of the orders coming through and the people making it.I don't plan on ever using your services again

Hang, I ordered at 11:32, but what I received was 12 cheese balls... I ordered combo wings, but what I actually received was 12 cheese balls... They even gave me wooden chopsticks...Thank you so much! Since I ordered it before the deadline, I would have canceled the order. Thank you so much for not bothering to send it to me. ;)I ordered garlic combo wings. But I received twelve of these. They sent me 12 pieces of cheese balls no chicken, fries, drink or anything else. But why did you send mechopsticks? I placed my order at 11:32. Did I order too late and not have time to prepare? Didn't you have any ingredients? Then, why don't you cancel the order without taking it? I won't ask for a refund or anything like that Because I already ate.Not recommended

After almost three years of ordering from this place, tonight was very disappointing. While the food tastes amazing, receiving only 6 or 7 small pieces of chicken for $30 isn't justified. The quality is good, but it's not worth the price.

Was just looking for a meal to bring home, and passed by this spot. They quickly took my order (rosé ddukbokki) and even wiped a table down where I could sit as I waited. It’s safe to say that I might not ever go back to eating the regular spicy ddukbokki, cause one taste of the rosé and I was hooked. Thank you for such great food and service!

It's true that the price of chicken is a lot more expensive than before, but it's understandable to some extent when you think about the price increases at other restaurants.However, the side menus still feel expensive.It would be nice if there were inexpensive menu items that could be eaten with chicken.The staff are friendly and seem to do their best.

They dont even Deserved 1 star after tonight.I was really disappointed tonight with the customer service we received and experienced.As soon as we arrived..we were ignored by the staff and I still waited patiently because I could see they were busy.Three Koreans arrived after us and they were greeted immediately by the staff and they continued to completely ignoring us, who is first in line.Just to turn us away, my daughter and I, we were told the waiting time is 30 mins even though there was available sit. My daughter was very hungry so we need to eat. As soon as we left the line, the 3 Koreans were seated immediately. Complete discrimination..Parking is bad in this location. Dont waste your time and gas.Limited seats.

Great place to sit down and enjoy Korean fried chicken. The fried chicken was legit hot and crispy. Each bite is like a crispy flavor explosion that makes you wonder why you ever settled for anything less. The fries were very well seasoned. We had to steal some fries from our friend's plate. Hahaha! My friend learned to appreciate tteobokki rosé now. Sweet, spicy and very delicious. Good job chef! You guys know how to serve very good food. Keep it up. Do understand that the layout of the parking is a little odd and limited. Each parking spot is not flat. The parking is free so no worries.
