Got the hainan chicken with rice! Chicken is very tender and juicy - well marinated! The rice is very flavourful! Owner is very friendly and welcoming. Nice cozy cafe spot! Will definitely be back.

Food is excellent and made fresh on ordering! The pan fried chicken was still crispy and hot and the noodles texture was on point! Milk tea was also great...no mouth dryness after drinking. Highly recommended.

They served the best Singapore Bak Kut Teh and Hainanese chicken on rice I’ve had in Canada — full of flavour, comforting and so authentic. I’m really sad they’ve closed (both 白熊先森 and 森意廚房), and truly hope they reopen somewhere soon so we can enjoy their food again.

I’ve been looking forward to trying this cafe for a while now. The food are amazing my friends and I ordered chicken rice and bak-kut-ten. We love both! Also the drink menu there has so many to choose from. The host told us they prep everything themselves including the flavoured syrup. We had a mock tail and a osmanthus syrup Americano. I highly recommend you to try out their coffee. Its stunning.

The food was carefully prepared and came out delicious. The drinks were meticulously crafted and were as tasty as they were beautiful. The owner took the time to show their passion for the drinks by letting us know what went into them. I would definitely come back here and will be telling all my friends of this gem of a spot as well.

Fantastic cafe!

Can't recommend the hainanese chicken enough! We also got a flavored Americano and Latte both of which were very good as well! Such comforting food and drinks! We'll be back for sure!
