七爷清汤腩 Beefing with 7 HongKong Style Cuisine (Yonge)

There was a sign on the door saying it was closed for business, which made me come all the way in vain. 😡😡😡 Check online and it’s open

Came on Friday and it was not opened…Need to update Google hours please.

Came so far far far away but sooooooo disappointed to find that it's closed today (Tue)... it's stated open 7 days a week!!! Update your opening hours pls!!!

Always amazing service here, authentic and good quality beef brisket! The staff allowed us to take our wedding photos here, we will always revisit for the food, atmosphere and service.

Visited here twice. Braised beef brisket, and original HK beef brisket were good. We also love the beef ball and fish ball.

But you can’t tell the difference between rice noodles and rice noodles 🤔

My sister actually told me that we have some thick rice noodles

Beef soaked in tasty broth is tender and delicious. Tried couple of dishes, and so far suit my taste bud. Noodle is springy and non alkaline. Yummy!

Bad review! It says it’s open online, but it’s closed when you go to the store! It says: You can rest from Sunday to Wednesday! Just write and rest for seven days.

The beef noodle in soup is very good and the portion size is bigger than other HK style noodle restaurants. HK style milk tea is also good. The curry beef rice doesn't has enough curry flavour. The service is ok but not amazing!

I recently visited 七爷清汤腩（ Leslie location)to pick up a takeout order. While the food was delicious and ready on time, my experience was marred by an uncomfortable incident with the staff.

When I walked in to collect my order, two staff members behind the counter began laughing at something. It wasn’t clear what they were laughing about, but it made me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable. In a customer-facing role, professionalism is crucial, and such behavior can easily be misinterpreted by patrons.

I would suggest that the management provide training for their staff on maintaining a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with customers. Despite this incident, I appreciate the quality of the food and the efficiency of the service. However, this experience has made me hesitant about returning.
