I tried the appys/ finger food at an opening event. I was impressed with the chicken satay accompanied with not-peanut sauce, shrimp cocktail among others. Quality of food was good and I would love to try more things at a larger party with hot apps as well.

We were guests at terrific party. The food was delicious, plentiful and a wide variety serving all palettes and dietary restrictions. The presentation of the food, professionalism of the friendly staff, and cleanliness of the open kitchen was amazing. The tables, chairs and couches were repositioned making a larger more inviting space in which to socialize. Wait, that was our party in our house and it was fabulous success all thanks to Karen and her team.Karen supplied us with a wonderful menu to choose from, and insightful ideas of where to place & reorganize everything. When our selections were made, Karen arranged the right rentals, food, staff, atmosphere, and cleanup to the nines. Everything was taken care of, so all we had to do was socialize, eat and drink. We will definitely be call Bite Catering again.

These wonderful ladies catered my backyard birthday party and served up not only delicious food but fantastic service. We served all finger foods and nothing disappointed all who were there. Even their clean up was great. The French Fries are superb and the oatmeal cookies are the bomb!
