Booster Juice is always a solid stop for something fresh and energizing. The smoothies are blended perfectly every time and taste clean and natural. My go-to is Mind Over Matcha, which has the perfect mix of flavor and a nice boost without being too sweet. The staff are friendly, quick, and the shop is always spotless. It’s an easy choice when you want something healthy and refreshing on the go.

I used to love coming here on break but ever since management changed the store has been a mess especially the weekend specifically on a Saturday. No more mall discounts for one but i understand i dont go there for the discount but the smiles i get from workers and the quick drink. Now they are severely understaffed on the weekend the vibe is sad and cold and honestly it makes sense who would want to work for such a stingy place.

I love the staff here they are great

I love this location—it's the only one I visit, and I always recommend it. The manager, Nida, is incredibly kind and hardworking, and her staff is always friendly and attentive. I’ve never had any issues with my drinks, and I would definitely recommend this Booster Juice location to anyone.

The best servers in yorkdale

Had an issue with my smoothie and addressed it to employee privately to avoid making other customers uncomfortable either their order. One of the employees asked if I wanted to speak with the manager and I said there’s no need to. I just wanted an alternative to the whey protein since the one they had at the time tased like spoiled milk. She then called the manager (her mom) and started telling all her colleagues to just refund me because that’s what her mom said. She then approached me and gave me an attitude and didn’t even apologize or try to explain. Her colleagues were the one who apologized first her attitude. Very unprofessional! Mom the manager should teach her daughter common human decency. Shame on your entitled daughter mom. Kudos to the colleagues that were professional about it.

i had a horrible experience here and i do not recommend this location whatsoever. the person who was in charge had the worst attitude i’ve ever seen in my life. i went to get the free drink promotion on my birthday and there was an issue scanning the barcode for my drink that they had made. the lady told me to restart my phone and wait 20 minutes and still nothing. the drink was already made for me and was put in their fridge. i even offered to show them my id to show it was my birthday. to top it off i didn’t even get a “happy birthday” from this lady. i would’ve at least appreciated that even if she didn’t want to give me my drink. she was so rude to me on my birthday it totally ruined my night and i ended up getting a free drink at starbucks the same night without any problems! i am a regular customer at booster juice and have spent a lot of money over the years. i will NEVER purchase another booster juice and will not recommend it unless i am compensated somehow for that night (Tuesday,February 18). i feel bad for the young girl that was working with her because she wanted to give me the drink and was so kind to me, it was the older lady in charge who had the disgusting attitude. should be fired for that kind of behaviour. and also should learn to smile for a change and leave her customers on a happy note.

Mamoora has horrible customer service. I am a frequent customer at this location but because of her awful customer service, they lost a loyal customer.

Every time I come here she tries to charge me extra.

My order is always the same: TropiKale (no pineapple). Mamoora (or whatever their name is) always tries to charge me $2.75 extra for this because they say they have to substitute pineapple for more apple juice. (Doesn’t make sense and no other location or staff member at THIS location charges me extra).

This time I told them I never get charged more for asking them to remove pineapple but she was adamant on charging me extra.

So I left and will no longer come to this location.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and their enthusiasm made my visit so much better. It was my first time trying the drink, and I really enjoyed it!

I even asked for the crew's name and her name is Kryzia thank you for being so accommodating and making the experience feel special. Overall, I had a great time, and I’m excited to come back and try more!
