Booster Juice

Management needs to hire more staff. I spent 20 minutes waiting just for my order to be taken and then left empty handed.

I visited this Booster Juice location to pick up an Uber order and noticed poor hygiene and professionalism among the staff. There were two girls working — one in uniform and one not — and the girl without the uniform had her hair down and messy while standing behind the counter talking to the other employee. She was also using her phone and even taking pictures of herself while at the counter, which looked very unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a food service environment, and management should provide proper training or replace staff who don’t follow cleanliness and uniform standards.

I purchased a booster cup with a straw with a drink next day straw was damaged I throw it away came back to store purchase my regular drinks $26 worth and I asked for another straw to purchase and they refused to sell me or hand me another straw this is unacceptable and very cheap, that cup was $23 , anyway it’s not the money it’s simply understanding

The server today july 14 6:10pm with eyeglasses is very rude and she knows better than what customer wants.

At what time can they refuse to make the juice? I wanted a freshly squeezed juice and have never had an issue at the dufferin and steeles location even when I arrive around 8:35 or 8:40. I get it they close at 9, but I arrived at like 8:20 and she’s telling me she already cleaned the machine. Bad business, I walked out, what if three more customers after wanted a juice as well.

I love you guys but I don’t know who came up with the idea to do Doordash and UberEats orders not only in banned single use plastic bags - but then to also with the drink carton to hold the drinks cut in half - effectively creating an unstable rectangular pyramid. If my booster juice was $26 you can afford to give me the full drink tray. The lid just has a straight hole in it. A sticker doesn’t help this. Please fix this!!! I literally cannot receive anymore refund requests because this happens 6/10 times I order.

Amazing juce

April 1st. Called store at 8:50pm and asked what time they close and they said 9pm and said I’ll be there at 8:55pm as I was (5 mins away) can I make an order. The girl on the phone said no because she’s closing in 5 minutes. Actual store hours are until 9pmSo I quickly called the next location near dufferin and steels at 8:51pm and said I’ll be there in 7-8 mins can I make a two orders. She said yes just try to come before 9pm.I was at the store at 8:58pm. That’s good service. And I got my two smoothies I ordered.That’s why it’s one star for this location.

Hours posted online are wrong, it’s doesn’t open at 7am. Was there at 7:40am after leaving the gym and there was someone inside w/ the lights on, open sign turned on but the door was locked. Hours sheet posted on the window has them open 8am-9pm on Fridays.
