Had an appointment and needed lunch within the 20 minute promise. Got it in 27 and asked about 20 minute promise and was told the manager would see me. Ate lunch in a rush but no manager showed. Had to pay bill and run for appointment. SO NO GUARANTEE. In addition the soup was luke warm and tasted like toilet water.
Do yourself a favor and have lunch somewhere else. Wish I did.

Very poor service. Asked them to turn up the TV volume but they didn't respond. The salad was very dirty and smelled bad. I had the worst experience of my life here.

We visited on a busy UFC night with kids, and despite how packed the place was, the manager i don’t know his name but a tall guy with tattoos went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He greeted us warmly, helped us settle in, and kept checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was good — which made a big difference, especially with kids. It’s rare to see that level of attention during such a hectic event. Truly appreciated the hospitality!

We had been there with kids as young as 7. Unfortunately the AC is not working and staff were not frank enough to explain before we chose to seat and order food. As it gets more and more warm, we requested one of the staff and she said , yes we don’t have AC as of we asked for luxury. It is funny they have fans on their own working areas

I was in no rush that so i took my time and waited at the front entrance for about 8 minutes until someone noticed me waiting. A couple walked in after me and was helped strangely before I think because they came to the patio and then back through the front thus noticed by a staff member.
I was finally seated and within few minutes my order was taken, note the restaurant was not busy at this time. Maybe 2-3 tables out of 10+ available. Ordered the pickles and fish and chips. The coleslaw was warm and tasted old. The fish was ok. Came without lemon or tartar sauce which I mentioned. Oh, the Pepsi was heavily watered down and refill had to be requested, never an initiative from staff that passed by and asked if everything was ok.

Visited this place with a friend to watch the NBA Finals Game 7, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing—mainly due to poor service and food quality.
* The air conditioning was completely broken. It felt like being in a sauna—extremely uncomfortable, especially for such a hot weather night.
* The restaurant was clearly understaffed for a big game night. Only 3–4 front-of-house staff were available, and they were clearly overwhelmed.
* The manager's behavior was unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service. While the servers did their best under tough conditions, the manager was seen arguing with customers (some who had reservations but couldn’t get their tables before the game) and constantly yelling at her staff. It created a really negative atmosphere, and I felt bad for the employees.
* As for the food, the pizza was much below average—bland and poorly made. It definitely needs improvement.
I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously. With better staffing, improved food quality, and a more professional approach to customer service, this place could be much better.

greg is completely unprofessional and needs to re-evaluated as a general manager, he’s disrespectful to his customers and his employees, we ordered fish and chips and there was a hair in our food and they said they will remake it for us, they took a long time to remake it and at that point we no longer wanted the meal and let the waiter know, we hear GREG cussing in the back room and smashing plates, he later on came to say the fish and chips is ready and asked if he can bring it out and we let him know we don’t want it, he was being very passive aggressive and rude with us during the entire conversation, afterwards while he walking away from us he MOCKED my friends laugh infront of everyone, completely unprofessional, we regardless paid for our meal, chai is a great waiter and hope this interaction doesn’t affect him. Greg however needs to be fired.
