PUBLIC HEALTH WARNING: My visit to Bourbon Street Grill in Eglinton Square resulted in a brutal and debilitating case of food poisoning. I am writing this to prevent others from suffering the same agony.
I ate one meal—ONE MEAL—the entire day, and it was from here. Hours later, my body went to war. I was ravaged by extreme diarrhea, shaking with cold sweats, and spiking a fever. The illness was violent, humiliating, and completely incapacitating.
Let me be perfectly clear: There is zero doubt the source was this restaurant. The timeline is absolute. Their food contained something hazardous.
This isn't a complaint about slow service or a soggy fry. This is a fundamental failure in their most basic duty: serving food that won't poison their customers. The severity of my symptoms suggests dangerous bacterial contamination, pointing to gross negligence in their kitchen—whether it's storing food at unsafe temperatures, serving undercooked meat, or employing sick staff.
They didn't just ruin my evening; they stole a full day of my life and compromised my health. The risk is real and severe.
DO NOT GAMBLE WITH YOUR WELL-BEING. Steer clear of Bourbon Street Grill. I wouldn't feed their food to my worst enemy. Consider this your red flag. Save yourself. Eat literally anywhere else.

I've lived in the area for a few years and surprised to find a bourbon near by. The comments made me not order but I decided to yesterday and...they were right lol. The staff are nice but the food isn't it. Tastes nothing like the STC location. Almost flavorless even after she squeezed a bunch of bourbon sauce out of a bottle onto everything which I've not seen anywhere else they usually just take gravy from the chicken. The rice just came out of the kitchen as i arrivedand was somehow still dry and stale seeming, again no flavor.... anyway I wont be coming back def not worth it.

The worker Vivian Chinese lady is extremely nice She took the care to explain each dish and asked what my preferences were to make sure I got the right order and even let me try some of the meat so I would be happy with my order and she's passionate about her job makes you feel very welcome even though it's just a fast food restaurant I feel like I'm at a five-star restaurant also the food is really not bad at all considering the price It is one of the cheapest option where you can get a full meal with all the food groups including rice meat vegetables. Also she's just a really good person and not doing it for you tips because there was no option to tip them anyways.

Bourbon was always our go to take out food. Went to this one, 1. Super spicy Louisiana chicken 2.Corn was spoiled. (Came home the corn smelled so bad that I lost my appetite). 3. Noodle were watered down. Never again from this Bourbon.

First time coming here the lady was very sweet polite and extremely professional. Also the food is great. I was in a rush for a meeting and I needed a container for my food, she was able to help me with one and saved my shift.

The food is never hot, sometimes it’s not even warm. It tastes ok but it’s not enjoyable at room temperature.
Honestly one of the driest and least flavourful bourbon chicken locations I’ve been too. The bourbon chicken doesn’t even seem to be coated in the sauce its named after, they just add it on top after, so it’s incredibly dry. Service is good though

Just got this for take out. I've had bourbon street at several other locations like stc. This is not a normal bourbon street. I thought I could ignore the bad reviews cuz I know I like bourbon street. But I was wrong, the bourbon chicken is awefull the noodles were revolting. Do not eat here.

The meats, vegetables and mash potatoes are good. But your rice is not cooked properly. It's hard. Your rice needs more time or it's not being wash thoroughly with hot water.
