Horrible portions for uber/skip. Order states 2lb of meat in the family pack and I barely got 1lb delivered. Was charged $30 for poor portions. There’s a substantial difference in portions between dine-in and Uber eats. Not ordering again.

Bourbon Street was a place where you'd get a good portion of decent food, but that ain't the case anymore, at least not at this location. When I was ordering I saw a stack of spring rolls so I thought they were fresh, I couldn't be more wrong, they were cold and chewy. Actually, my entire meal was cold. The honey chicken was not crispy, it was soggy. To top it off, this place was known for its portion size, well you can scratch that off the list too. I will not be going back.

Total disappointment, avoid.
- The container is smaller than standard. - The chicken fried rice is clumpy and seriously so bland I don't know how they managed that (not fresh maybe?).
- The fried chicken was soggy and the sauce didn't have a punch.

Very expensive for what it is. No garnished on the meat or rice for added flavour. There are better mall food options that will hit the spot for this price.
Three stars for atmosphere because it's clean and the food looked very appetizing at a glance.

They only give me small portions or 2 meat and then charged me 16+ dollars, 😲I’m so confused shouldn’t it include veggie? And they only gave me 3 fried shrimps, fried pork full of dough ….. so disappointed waiting in line

Bourbon Street Grill Fairview Mall has officially cheaped out! They give a small amount of meat, while loading up your container with lots of rice, noodles, and/or vegetables. It doesn’t stop here! Most of their meats are bland and dry, since they don’t sauce, season, and spice their meats like they always have. And for the meats that are saucy, they lack flavour, since the meat sauce is not seasoned and spiced properly. Finally, the food is not fresh and most of the time, they have no customers.

This might be the last time we go here. We used to love this place. Today, we ordered as usual, but the portion size was reduced, and the lady who served us did not even bother to listen to what we asked. It was pathetic service.

We used to love this place but the portion is getting smaller and more expensive, till 2 weeks ago @ May 10, my son ordered the bourbon chicken and got sick, and found out the e-coli attacked him.. won't go back and please handle the meats properly!

Food is great, service is good and staff are friendly

Vegetarian options: You can choose which dish you want on your plate and they will gladly do it for you

Kid-friendliness: You can choose whatever you want your child to eat and there is also a high chair for kids

Rude staff especially the one with a tattoo on the neck. Shouting at the customers cause they were just looking what to get didn’t even take a minute. Just kept shouting “what do you want!!”And for the record the food is not even that good the one beside that (shanghai 360) is better.
