We’ve now placed our second order of the Large Cookie Boxes from Branded Bites, and the experience has been fantastic both times! Although we haven’t personally tried the cookies since they were ordered as gifts, the recipients absolutely loved them and shared great feedback. The packaging is beautiful, the presentation is impressive, and the customer service is truly top-notch — responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with. We’ll definitely continue ordering from Branded Bites. Highly recommend!

I have now placed 4 orders totalling about 200 cookies for more than 1 job I have had! I hosted an open house for my previous job and ordered branded cookies for that event. We loved them and they were a big hit with guests. When I changed jobs last year I have since placed 3 more orders as thank you treats to go into gift boxes for staff. I am now planning an anniversary party for next year for my husband and I and I have this company on my list for another 100 cookies in 2026 because of my positive experience with this company. Highly recommend! They have a lifelong customer in me!

We ordered some candies to hand out at a conference and it was a great icebreaker for our booth! We ordered the sour watermelon candies and the green and red parts of the watermelon even had different flavours that were really yummy.

Absolutely Perfect! I had a hard time finding a company who would do double branding on logo printed cookies plus the packages and Branded Bites outdid themselves! They worked with us to make sure the logo on the cookie was perfect as well as the special message on our sticker. This was the only place I could find in our small budget for what we were looking for. The cookies were good too! I was worried the shortbread cookies would be hard and tasteless- but they were so great! and still good a week later for the extras :) Thank you!
We loved our cookies. The quality is just as good as the ones you see on their website. Our logo colors looked spot on - other vendors had trouble matching our red, but we were very happy with the results. All of the cookies were consistent in bake and icing - we didn’t see any that looked off or crooked. Flavor was good, just a little sweet - pretty much what I expected and was looking for. We ordered these for one of our customer events, and people liked them so much that they were taking pictures when we handed them out. I was also very impressed by the packaging it arrived in. The box was clearly marked as perishable and fragile. Inside, the foam packaging was heavy duty and our 120 cookies were neatly stacked and organized - and tightly packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The only minor complaint, if I needed to have one, would be that the individual packaging was a bit hard to open. Very well done overall - thank you!

Received our logo chocolate chip cookies for our ugly holiday sweater party and they were a hit!! all of our patients loved these chewy and delicious cookies! It is nice to enjoy a decadent cookie thats not too too sweet also! Great job on customer services, quality and presentation.

Cookies arrived intact and were boxed well.The packaging is heavy weight which helped to keep the cookies fresh.However, some folks had a hard time opening the packages.People ate the cookies and comment were positive.The icing came off the cookies easy for those people who didn't want the sweet part.All in all- great product, delivery and packaging.
