A complete rip-off place
They charge 15$ for half an avocado smeared on a toast and charging extra for adding eggs.
I appreciate the experience they’re trying to give and that cost has gone up for everything, but you really pay a premium for the little that you get. The portions for those prices really leave you feeling ripped off. $10 + tax for a small fruit tart? Almost $40 for 2 sets of toast with a black coffee? $25 for a small wrap? The flavour does not match the price either…leaves one desiring more.

It’s a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or brunch. They recently renovated the place, and it gets nice and bright. The pastries and cakes here are especially delicious — highly recommended!
Tried the new avocado salad.

Unfortunately, the brunch experience here was disappointing. The customer service was awful—you have to repeatedly ask for everything, and even then, the staff responds with attitude. The portion sizes were also small, which only added to the frustration. Given the reputation of Bayview Village Mall as a luxury destination, I expected much better service. Sadly, it did not live up to the expectations at all.
I recently visited this coffee shop bakery and had a rather odd experience. When I was about to pay for my coffee and croissant to go, the girl at the counter unexpectedly asked me for a tip. She insisted I choose between options 1, 2, or 3 for the tip amount, which left me shocked and uncomfortable. I only wanted to grab my items and go, not be pressured into tipping. Furthermore, the cappuccino I ordered was disappointing. It was boiling and didn't resemble an authentic cappuccino; the drink I received fell short in quality and appearance. The only positive aspect of my visit was the croissant, which I did enjoy. However, the unprofessional behaviour and subpar coffee have convinced me not to return.

Pastries are delicious. I have tried many of them and I have never been disappointed.
Poor attitude. Owner should watch how the staff treats their customers.
