Best avocado sandwich in Toronto! I had it twice in a week! Baked in-house bread toasted in garlic oil, with finely sliced perfectly ripe avocado on a cream-cheese base. Plus bruschetta-like second slice. Wonderful 😊

Reasons why They suck....
Theses clowns said they cannot serve a Flat white?!?!
So I ordered a large 'Canadiano'
I received a watered-down espresso in a large cup! No double shot.
I admit the chocolate chip cookie was almost as good as Timmy's.
Never coming here again 😪

Cute little place, cafe/bakery when you need a break from all of that fabulous black Friday shopping 😂 Very well attended and as expected choices of pastries are getting thinner towards the end of the Day. Friendly staff.

Revamped, now it looks very modern and bright. I didn't know that they were taken over by Rahier (definitely makes a HUGE difference, and I expect even higher food quality). They do sell Rahier cakes and pastries here. It was SO busy on a Thursday afternoon, lots of seniors inside and outside the shop (perhaps because it was senior day at Shoppers, idk)
I ordered a mushroom bacon danish and an apricot danish. They were alright; tbh, I've had flakier ones. The NEW pistachio matcha was actually quite lovely; the flavours went well together, though it did get a tad sweet near the end. I went home and added more hot water, and finished it :)
The lady taking my order was not exactly fluent in English, and she was trying her best to understand what I want. She offered to heat up one of my danishes, which I appreciates. The drink did take longer to make; there was only one staff making drinks... everyone else was running in and out of the kitchen or taking orders.

Its a small bakery in the Bayview Village mall, near CIBC. The coffee is freshly brewed and pastries baked on site. The crossiant is very tasty, but not as flakey as I like it. Very good layers, but texture more like bread. Location is very clean and service is fast and friendly. It does get busy so expect a short line up.

Extra charge for a leaf of green and a slice of tomato for my cream cheese- salmon bagel? Never again.

Loud environment, there was a table available but the staff left their dirty dishes there and said its staff table. Bought a coffee and a cookie, no where to sit. Had to use the railing as a table

I really really enjoyed the fruit tart and caramel latte. The order process could be a little bit more streamlined.

A complete rip-off place
They charge 15$ for half an avocado smeared on a toast and charging extra for adding eggs.
I appreciate the experience they’re trying to give and that cost has gone up for everything, but you really pay a premium for the little that you get. The portions for those prices really leave you feeling ripped off. $10 + tax for a small fruit tart? Almost $40 for 2 sets of toast with a black coffee? $25 for a small wrap? The flavour does not match the price either…leaves one desiring more.
