No wait in line, fresh fries and burgers. The fries were nice and full and the restaraunt was well stocked and clean. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was quick and the manager was super friendly and polite. You can tell the people enjoyed working here and very customer oriented. Wonderful experience.

Legitimately stunning in my two times visiting this location. The first time I modified my whopper, no onions, no ketchup add mustard. They gave me a whopper with ketchup and no pickles. I drove about 12 minutes back to the location and one nice lady working at the location got me a new whopper and a free small fry. Was happy she made it right, still quite inconvenient having to go back to the restaurant… decided to go again tonight. Very similar order… double whopper with cheese, no ketchup, no onion, add mustard. They got the double whopper part, got the mustard, got no onions and no ketchup but didn’t put cheese. So I basically got scammed out of extra money. Absolutely ridiculous that both times my burger got messed up. Other locations have been much better in terms of getting my order correct. If you want your food to come correctly don't come to this location!

Stale old food here made me sick, won't be back, avoid the Wendy's here too, this area is a bit off, clientele look homeless and very rough. The lady at the register acts really busy. She doesn't even give any d about anything. If you can't handle your drive thru, which I did not use, why even be there? What a joke

How hard could it be to pick up 2 bbq sauce for my order, why give me 1. I'm getting tired of dealing with theses Philippines ppl. You bent down and only could pick up 1 of 2 bbq sauce. Burger King hire a more diverse crew. The Philippines ppl will kill ur business over a bbq sauce i paid for. MY MEAL CAME WITH 2 BBQ SAUCE WHY GIVE ME 1!!!! DO IT AGAIN THIS IS BURGER KINS NOTICE. CORPORATE KNOWS KNOW. This is the location I'm tired off. Last time 4 .month ago it was a cold whopper. They laughed, we dumd paying before we get it!!!
I am flabbergasted meaning so amazed and forever thankful for this location. 1 customer service is amazing . Why are they amazing , because I am a true collector of the smurfs, and couple weeks ago I came to this location which they had the whole collection which I purchased, I came later on again cause I have my sister in BC that is a collector to and no burger kings in her area where she lives. I took the risk and called every burgerking in the gta 2 weeks later and this location helped me out the 2nd time around. To every worker there I am incredibly thankful for all of you and the ones I even spoken to on the phone. Litteraly A+++ everything. Truly thankful and much appreciated that I never leave reviews for anyone, and this is a well deserved review and also THANK YOU

Too many wrong order items given. I have ordered 3 oreo chocolate shakes on 3 different occasions through uber. Everytime i get cocacola instead of oreo shake and uber DOES NOT give you refund for this and so does the restaurant.

When it’s busy it’s soooo slow. Also not the cleanest. And the pop machines for the customers are always broken and don’t dispense all the drinks or ice.
