Added June 30, 2022. Ok now you guys are starting to screw up lots and the walk-in wait time seems to be not of priority.

This store has good food, but their service is consistently horrible. They are always extremely slow and they mess up orders all the time. And I know I’ve lived here for 10 years and have been accessing it on and off. Oh BTW don’t bother calling them because their phone line does not work or they keep it off the hook.
UPDATE: the app helped resolve it. Seems like now service depends on who’s working, better but not always consistent.

Went today to pick up my online order that got confirmed just a discover that the restaurant doesn't allow pickups cuz it's under construction. My real question is why did you confirm my order? upon calling the store themselves they said they only know drive through then why did you confirm my order if you only allow drive through. I do not own a car to pick up my order so now I just lost $20 because it won't give me a refund.
Honestly first time I've ever been surprised by a Burger King in a good way. Came on whopper Wednesday(which has gone up significantly :/). Ordered a single whopper with cheese and to my surprise whopper came out hot(could feel it through the wrapping), portion of ingredients was actually surprisingly generous, tasted fresh like a burger should and staff was fantastic. By far the best burger king I've been to in the GTA. Only drive thru available.

The Whoppers at Burger King are always so delicious, and their nuggets are great too! However, the fries can be hit or miss. Sometimes they’re perfect, but other times they’re too dry, so there’s a bit of inconsistency. Overall, still a good spot when you’re craving a tasty burger.

taste of maggot (bugs) powder in burger months ago. charged about $10 for Whopper sandwich after ordering Whopper Jr recently. I hope I don't go there more than once per month on average. Also, I almost always regret going there right after eating.

The young lady at the front desk was very polite! She looked happy to do her job and it gave me a blast to the past in terms of when people would actually care about their job and people no matter the salary. Thank you. This brightened up my day and the food was some of the nicest in comparison to other Burger King locations that i’ve been to. Keep up the good work! and do keep in mind, the drive through is currently out of order but you can walk in and dine!
You guys need new employees I called 10 times and no one picked up I’m allergic to pickles and i put a note and even tried to call and they didn’t answer me I had to go to the hospital if you don’t fire them I’m sueing check the call history and my burger want cooked
