Hi,
I wanted to report something I noticed during my visit on Sunday, Oct 19. I came through the drive through & saw two of your staff members sitting down and using their phone. This was actually my second time witnessing this, as I saw the same staff members doing this a few Sundays ago. Even if the restaurant was slow, this happening in view of customers is not appropriate or professional.
What really stood out to me is that other staff (from what I could see anyway) were still working and staying on task, while these two seemed to be doing as they pleased. It gives the impression that certain employees are allowed to ignore the rules while others are expected to follow them â and that kind of inconsistency reflects poorly on management.
I hope this is addressed.

What a shame Canada has come to a day you just wanna grab some food I ask for 2 sandwiches to be made well done fresh and I got two horrifying sandwichâs so disgusting had throw them out immediately couldnât bother to turn back and the drive thru wasnât busy at all poor service and the lady at drive just lying over burgers đ€Ł how hard is it to make 2 sandwichâs a little longer than usually I wonât be attending any locations the Communication barrier on how a customer wants an order is literally a mathematic equation

Would have to agree with other reviewers. Filipino girl on the drive through has some anger issues when she canât hear you lol. Gave me attitude and threw my order at me.
