I tried to call several times to the store to confirm the order because i have a big order, so we can just pick up the food and not to wait there, i don't know maybe the person in charge is busy at this time but i called 12times for them to be aware.

On friday December 20th My dad and I were approached by the security guard at the Jane and wilson Burger King location. My father is elderly and eats very slowly. We were waiting inside before making our order and the security guard asked us to leave or order your food. I told him we are going to order and also waiting for my mom. He said there is only a 30 min limit so I had to buy food or leave the restaurant. We were humiliated by the experience. Security guards should exercise better discretion and respect the rights of seniors and persons with disabilities. More importantly the 30 minute policy should be amended to reflect the abilities of seniors.

Very bad customer service. They don’t know how to speak with customers. I visited this restaurant for uber pickup and i asked about the order to the lady at drive thru and she just shut the window by just saying “i dont know” , i just ask her how long the order gonna take.

I feel bad for the polite and hardworking employees at this location. They are often harassed and treated poorly by the public, those with mental health and addiction issues which are prevalent in this neighbourhood. They deserved to be protected, treated with respect and courtesy. The food is always good and the service is usually timely. Thanks for your hard work.

Piece of junk burger king branch ever. Got the orders wrong, asked a receipt while ordering. Guy says it is in the bag, but it was not. Went back there to get the receipt and he says in a very rude manner, I cannot get it any more because of their system. Never ever going back there.
Service is absolutely terrible at this place. They have no customer service whatsoever. I waited almost 7 minutes at the takeout window just to have my order taken. Then when we got to the window we had to wait for another 11 minutes because the guy didn’t get our order right. He changed us for something completely different and when I was explaining to him he was giving me so much attitude and then slammed the window on me. I won’t be coming here again. You need to train your staff AGAIN!!

Many times have I been given my order through the drive through and have had items missing or full meals. Shouldn't have to go out of my way to make sure whatbi ordered is in the bag or wait longer then needed because they forget to put it in the bag. Excessive amounts of ketchup on the burgers
