I ordered food via doordash and they didnt put anything on it. They put that on my order. Who on earth will eat just a burger and a bun without any mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato. These guys are really unprofessional on what they’re doing. This is unacceptable!!!

RIP Birger King! It used to be great back in the days but not anymore. The fact that they have shrunk the size of the burgers over the past two decades is proof of a declining business. Today I got me a cheeseburger, whopper Jr. and some fries. The cheeseburger was nuked out of recognition and everything was melting and nasty. The size of the patty was half of that of Mcdonald's cheeseburger. While the Whopper had normal temperature both burgers had beef patties that were very extremely dry and very very old. I know Burger King never had good fries but they shouldn't taste bitter due to greed on changing oil. This is currently the worst fast food in Toronto and I wish I could give it -10. Would not recommend it ever. The good ol Whopper is officially dead.

Was there today, June 10 2024 at around 10:20am and the ladies working there are really great. Nice service, nice jokes. At the end, I asked for a buffalo sauce, one lady said "oh sorry, I gotta go to Buffalo to get you a buffalo sauce now, may you wait for some couple days?" I initially didn't get the joke, but laughed out after getting it, lol. Thanks ladies.

Absolutely disgusted with this place...went there just after 11 to be told I had to place the mobile order then come through the drive thru.....oddly enough the customer before us was able to add the mobile order at the window....then we go back around after placing 2 orders, and I told them at the window I have 2 orders and named them, 24/25. When I was passed the bags I asked if everything was in there and she said yes.....she also lied because I then had to make another trip through the drive through for the other order she ignorantly left only for it to be made completely wrong...pull the order from the system from Friday night mobile order 25 and see the modifications selected, which was not adhered too...the food was horrible and I couldn't even eat my burger because staff can't follow directions....I'd love my money back for this incredibly disappointing encounter.....this store used to be so well run as well...standards have severely dropped and clearly staff is trying to steal from customers if they can't listen to them properly when they are telling you 2 orders and you literally only give them one after being asked...
Modification should have been no ketchup no onion and no Mayo with extra pickles There isn't even any pickles on here ?
Bad customer service. The drink machine is always filthy. Flies always buzzing around.I think its time the food inspector make a few secret visits to this location. You feel like throwing up after eating their sloppy wopper.the lettuce always looks old.

I wasn’t expecting to see such bad reviews. It’s weird that the hours online say 12 and open and the sign says 12 but in the tiniest and lightest font. Why? Who thought that would make sense? THEN I order online cause I’ve usually been able to walk through the drive through at other places and that’s when I finally saw the sign where I couldn’t. The lady was obviously annoyed, but so am I. Burger King needs to fix up fr, you’re settling your employees up to have constant negative reviews
