Whoever was making burgers at 7:45 needs to go back for training. Simple requests like no tomatoes due to an allergy, or extra pickles because of preference went ignored. Food quality is below standards temperature, the food is very cold. I am afraid to eat it as it may be harbouring harmful bacteria.
I get you may not like your job but customers should not have to suffer because of it.
Both burgers had to be thrown out because of risk of allergic reaction.

I really didn’t want to have to write a review like this, but here we are. I ordered two Whopper combos and a Junior Whopper from this location, and to my absolute disgust, I found a hair in one of the burgers. That’s completely unacceptable. It ruined the entire meal for me. I expect better hygiene and quality control from a place like this. Definitely not happy at all.

This place has become my go-to for cheap food on campus, Burger King has an amazing deals and rewards program! Just try not to go during peak hours, the staff work as hard as they can but the wait times can get fairly long. I wish I knew the name to include in this review, but one worker was especially kind to me amidst the wait, they have great staff at this location. You can see them cleaning quite frequently as well.

The worlds worst in the morning. I ordered my meal for pick up showed up when it said it would be ready still waiting 10 minutes later. They just take their time with no care about customer service at all.
I don’t now how they think these tiny little pieces of bacon are supposed to touch the flavour of the entire sandwich. You can see through it. It’s so thin.

I drive a large wheelchair accessible van and was told to park while waiting for my food in the drive thru. However, there were no cars behind me so I didn't move. I was asked again to move and told them I will if another customer were to appear (which did not happen). The whole experience was weird!

I ordered flame grilled burger but they just give me regular whopper and they pretend they don’t have no idea about it.. it’s $3 difference…

Today I bought my order from this location, and the Hershey pie was missing, which was on the top as it is written on the ticket as well, but these guys aren't paying attention because I guess The guy who was packing, the order was not paying attention
Extremely slow. Very unorganized.

Burger King is a classic fast-food spot, and my recent takeout experience was a mix of hits and misses. I went for the fries, a Hershey's cake, and a soda. The fries were exactly what you’d expect – crispy, salty, and satisfying. The Hershey's cake was also a treat; it was moist, chocolatey, and surprisingly rich for a fast-food dessert.
While waiting for my order, I couldn't help but notice the enticing burger posters on the wall. As a vegetarian, I found myself craving a burger, but unfortunately, Burger King doesn't offer much in the way of vegetarian options. It's a bit disappointing that they haven't expanded their menu to include a substantial veggie burger. So, I grabbed my fries and headed out, still dreaming of a veggie-friendly alternative.
On a previous visit, I did try their Oreo ice cream, and I have to say, it was pretty good. The combination of creamy vanilla ice cream and chunks of Oreo cookies is always a winner. It's a simple but effective dessert that I would definitely order again.
Overall, my Burger King experience was decent. The fries and Hershey's cake were enjoyable, and the Oreo ice cream is a solid choice. However, the lack of vegetarian burger options is a significant drawback. If Burger King could introduce a flavorful and satisfying veggie burger, it would definitely elevate my experience and make it a more regular stop for me.

Got to meet the manager where I jokingly advocated for the shift manager's promotion for providing personal service for a physically challenged customer (me).
The gentleman who took my order alerted me to a food coupon offer for a $1 donation. A good deal on my next purchase.
As I went out, the shift manager even offered to press the handicapped door opener.
I'm now obligated to advocate for his promotion to VP of Customer Service. If such a position doesn't exist, create one BK.
