I’ve have order few minutes back a make burrito special rice bowl which was shown as buy one and get one on uber and to my surprise after I received the order it was very clear that the food portion was provided was one equal to one bowl and the same was split in to two blows and promoting it as an offer.
I’m really sorry to say this but totally disappointed.

I ordered a sweet potato burrito from this branch, it was ok experience but I did not find the staff welcoming or paying attention to their work, the music was so loud and the lady across the counter was not even able to hear me in first time, I repeated couple of times, still end up with a burrito, with no cheese and no sauces!
I found the veges were not fresh too.
Disappointed, Not visiting again!

Worst experience ever, ordered a veg bean burrito instead they added chicken while I’m a vegetarian. Got all the instructions printed on the receipt and the entire order is wrong. Careless !!!!

I ordered Uber eats. In total my meal for one person from Burrito Boyz cost me $48 with tip and everything and they prepared it incorrectly. When I told them I wanted them to bring me a new one they said no. I had to get up out of bed and go down to the store to get them to fix it properly, but they wouldn’t make me a new one. I had to get them to fix the already crappy food that they prepared incorrectly by putting sour cream all over everything even though I had phoned them and told them not to do that. It was terrible service. And I am furious. I will never go back and the manager has a phone call coming.
My burritos are always made perfectly here. Ingredients are fresh, staff are super friendly (I am always greeted with a warm smile from Roshni :-D). I live nearby and this is my go-to lunch. The reviews should be higher here, one of the best locations and im glad it’s close to me! There is parking but it gets busy during peak times.

Great experience getting a naked chicken, sub guac for cheese (same price). The XXXhot is about regular hot at other burrito places. Great portion fast service with friendly staff. And if you get lucky there’s some parking.

I ordered on uber eats and when i open my order there is no sauce on it and it’s super dry.
This is second time when i ordered they made a mistake and there is no refund or credit i got from store they told me to call uber eats but no response from there as well
