New management Nov 2025 DOWNTURN Phone order/pickup take out incomplete. Calmly I accredited this to normal human error. Missing items were additional charge items, hence I called back in for resolution. Shocked with how attendant stated I was lying. Asked I drive back and prove the missing items in Burrito. There was no person available to escalate, no call back from manager. 20 year Burrito Boyz customer since Adelaide and Peter Street. Embarrassing customer service for 2025.

Manager disregarded my complaint. I ordered a large chicken burrito and the chicken was tough, Cartlidge. She said. No we can’t replace your order, many people buy this and there is no issue. She didn’t understand what I was talking about.

This is my favourite burrito spot in the city. They always give good, fair portions to my liking and don't cheap out. Very friendly staff, too. I spent almost 2 years overseas and came back to find the prices have remained the same, amazingly. Thanks for 6+ years of awesome food.
I ordered a naked burrito through uber eats. They gave me 80% lettuce. All other veggies/sauces were in 20%. What kind of cheap employees you have there? Not the way to do business. Get handle of your employees. Show that what a decent portion looks like. I did not order a naked lettuce bowl with mild veggie toppings
