I've ordered via uber eats and twice in a row my order is missing an item. Moreover, the latest order has a bitter after taste in the waffle, my guess is that too much baking soda? Anyways, safe to say i won't order from this shop any more. Just not worth it, also I'm afraid of what will happen on my third order smh.

Everything is good, but the dalgona is too bitter. Last time, I told them it was so bitter that I couldn't eat it and got a refund, but this time it was too bitter again... I just ate it, but please change the recipe.

First of all the server took 20 minutes to come to us, one of our friends didn’t want anything and the server told us we each HAVE to order something. Which is kind of wired cause why would we be forced to order something if we don’t want to! Rude and poor customer service, never going back.

We waited 20 minutes only to realize each person had to order 1 item at least. I asked to talk to the manager which did not end up happening so I went to speak to them myself. No proper apology for wasting our time and not informing us about their restaurant’s policy so we got up to leave with my friends. Very disappointed and would never go back!
Highly recommend change the current plastic spoons, they cut my lips.

It's a nice cozy place. The dimming lights was really giving the vibe. We ordered sweet potato latte and strawberry cheesecake bingsu. The latte, not really but the bingsu was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.
