This cafe is so cozy! The food and drinks are incredible for very affordable prices. They were served on such cute platters 😍 The music in the background was all instrumental and not too loud. This is a great place to read a book, hang out with friends, write, do some work etc.

My first time ever trying this cafe:
The customer service was TERRIBLE . I ordered a pecan latte, but what I got wasn’t even a latte — it Was milk and syrup!! By definition, a latte is espresso with milk. How was I supposed to know this café serves it differently if they don’t explain it?
When I pointed this out, the barista completely ignored me and tried to charge an extra $4 on top of the $6.30 I had already paid just to add a shot of espresso. That’s unreasonable and feels like a rip-off. Very disappointing experience.

I used to be a regular customer but after today I won’t return. I called to place a take-out order, no answer so I went in. I ordered my usual strawberry latte but was given a strawberry ade, a drink I’d never even heard of. When I pointed it out, the staff blamed me instead of apologizing. The person taking my order had an AirPod in, which likely caused the miscommunication. Mistakes happen, but the attitude, lack of responsibility, and poor customer service were unacceptable.
