I always get my matcha here but now the baristas dont know how to do their job properly. Why would you mix the matcha with milk in the same cup, you are supposed to whisk the matcha first not use a automatic mixer with the milk. Very disappointed.

Despite the fairly high price, the food was not good. Rubbery eggs, no flavour, dry meat. Potatoes and bread were good though. Very little service, at no point were we asked how our food was, or even after the meal how everything was. Shocked to see the glowing reviews, and despite the sub-tim-hortons quality food, it was packed. Cute decor though, so that's nice. Coffee was fine.

We came in to celebrate with friends visiting from North Carolina, and arriving with a toddler often makes that a challenge—but Helia turned it into a joy. She proactively engaged with Luna, made sure she was having fun, and gave us the peace of mind to sit back and savor our dinner. The food itself was outstanding: the appetizers were incredible, and everything we had was full of flavor. Luna couldn’t get enough of the milkshake, pizza, and dessert. What stood out most was how genuinely welcoming and comfortable we felt—thanks in large part to Helia’s warm, thoughtful service. It felt less like dining out and more like visiting a friend’s home. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to others.
We were pleasantly surprised by excellent food; my falafel plate was served with a variety of condiments in a freshly baked naan-like bread bowl with a very generous serving of humous, olive oil and chickpeas. The menus is large and diverse with wonderful drinks. Great value.

This place has either 5 star or zero star Reviews…the 5-star ones are for sure from staff and family…the zero star ones are genuine. I am surprised this place is still in business. I ordered a glass of prosecco waited half an hour finally arrived and it’s flat…in the end when I asked for the bill I waited forever again, it’s not arriving. I went to the bar to pay, the manager said I am giving you a desert on the house but you have to wait it’s still in the oven. I didn’t want a free cake I just want great service and great food which this place providing neither.
