Poor service - never received coffee or water refills, the server never checked in to see how our food was or if we needed anything, we finished our plates and waited 15-20 mins and then had to request our bill three times and wait another 20+ mins. Our food came out cold - my side of hollandaise had been sitting for so long it had developed a film on top. We ordered the eggs benedict florentine and everything was kind of bland and lack lustre, which was too bad because the crushed potatoes had a lot of potential. The food wasn't bad per se, it was just wasn't good enough to bring me back.

While it was overall a good experience, and the food was tasty, the customer service needs some improvement. It took almost 5 minutes to get a menu, despite it being very slow. I had to ask for a menu to finally get one. No one ever checked up on me during my meal either. After ordering food, I didn't interact with my server again until I flagged her down to ask for the bill.Kid-friendliness: I had my infant with me, in a bucket carseat. I was not given a table that accommodated him well. The waiter and other patrons had to step around him. I had to move him out of the way several times for his safety

Lovely place for brunch and lunch with a huge menu with variety of foods and drinks. Visited around 11:30and had to wait a bit for a table. As we were seated we were greeted by a lovely girl and she took our drinks order. It was our first time visiting and our waiter explained everything and recommended some dishes for us. The food was really good, you could tell it was fresh and great quality. The waitress took good care and was very friendly and polite her name was kim.Thank you for a good experience cafe landwer.
