DON’T GO HERE. This is my first time coming to this bakery and I don’t believe that I will be going back. The woman operating cash is not very friendly, she did not greet me when I walked up to cash, nor did she offer me a copy of my receipt. After taking my order, she shewed me off to the side... However, I purchased a veggie omelet with a large caesar salad. The food is disgusting. The omelet was very thin, undercooked (runny), lacked flavour (salt) and had more onions in it than anything…. No exaggeration, while I was eating it, I became nauseous and nearly threw up. The bread that came on the side was extremely hard making it inedible… The salad although I didn’t have high expectations from the look of it was disgusting and inedible. They place a bunch of new looking leaves on top and the rest were literally brown all over… In total everything came up to $18.25. Which is not worth the quality of the food.

I no longer will be visiting the bakery at Weston and 401 eventhough i love their cheesecake. Yesterday around 7pm after doing my rounds in the plaza I decided to treat myself. Walked in but the gentlemen was serving a family dining in. So I waited patiently by sitting on a chair closest to the serving area with money in hand. Once he was done I got up but 2 ppl walked in. This gentlemen turned to one of the customers who just walked in and politely asked may I help you, totally ignoring me. I said to him why are you serving her...I was next. I was so upset I put my money back in my wallet, told him dont bother and walked out. He did not even try to apologize. Instead he turned back to the lady and politely asked what can i get for you. So disappointed.

Terrible service, there's a sign on the door that says "we have table service, sit down..." it always takes a long time, but today was the worst, I went in and waited another 15 minutes and the bakery only had 6 customers including us, and four employees, three women and a guy and the guy literally saw that we had been waiting for a long time and simply looked at us pretending he didn't see until he started talking to the other attendant, anyway we ended up getting up and leaving..

Food here is good but the customer service is very poor. Staff here are rude. After taking my order they didnt even advise how long i’ll wait and just left. After minutes of waiting, i approached the cashier (a different one) and followed up on my order, the cashier said they are making the order and it takes time. I said, “okay because she didnt advise me how long and my ride is calling me. The cashier replied, “maybe coz u didnt ask.” I answered, “oh sorry so it’s my fault” and went back to wait on the table. While waiting, was surprise when i felt somebody threw something on my elbow which is resting on the table and when i looked, it was my sandwich thrown at the table by the cashier who took my order. I asked the other cashier the name of the girl and was told it’s brenda. I told them what happend and asked if that’s how they serve their customers. This was really disappointing and frustrating as I came off from work and went there to get my sandwich and this is the type of service i get!!! Hope you train your staff to be better human beings!

There's a sign that says "Table Service, sit down and we'll serve you". So I sat, waited 10 minutes while everyone else went to the counter and got served. One attendant was staring into the fridge for 5 minutes. Never got served and left. Just get rid of the sign cause it's

I sat at the table for 15m, and no one came to answer. They looked at me and didn't want to know, they continued their conversation and the bakery was empty.
At the entrance it tells us to sit down and they provide table service.

I was really excited to receive my birthday cake from here because my niece’s cake was also from here and tasted amazinggg and the custard was to die for.
However my cake was sadly a let down. It was burnt and very dry, the cream/frosting was banana flavoured which I was not informed about or asked about and it threw off the overall flavour along with the burnt flavour, the shape; which was supposed to be a heart, looked very bulky and not pretty at all.
However the girls I spoke with throughout the order and pick up process were sweethearts, love them.
