I’ve visited this establishment nearly every week for almost two years, and I’ve never once witnessed the behavior described in the review. On the contrary, the employee at the cash counter has always been polite, efficient, and composed—certainly never rolling her eyes over something as minor as a napkin request. I strongly believe in uplifting and motivating those who dedicate themselves to quality service—not letting a possibly one-sided review tarnish their reputation.

Going to Chris brown concert & wanted to eat something before going in ! They could have made so much money & much busier It’s unfortunate that the staff here were rude. It seemed like it should be common sense when you were serving sandwiches to provide napkins along w them. Unfortunately you would have to ask for one. When asked, I got an attitude with rolling eyes. I would highly encourage anyone NOT to spend money here, as this is not the way to treat customers that pay your bills.
Employees are so rude especially the older lady making the sandwiches. Get a grip. If I gotta pay 40 bucks for 2 sandwiches then the least you can be is respectful smh also out of all the california locations, this one is hands down the blandest
