I’d like to share a different perspective—one rooted in first-hand experience and genuine respect for hardworking staff. I’ve visited this establishment nearly every week for almost two years, and I’ve never once witnessed the behavior described in the review. On the contrary, the employee at the cash counter has always been polite, efficient, and composed—certainly never rolling her eyes over something as minor as a napkin request.
