Caribbean Cuisine - Authentic Jamaican Jerk

I ordered on door dash and on the menu it says fry chicken small and large options. My big back
Self wanted the large but the joke is you only get two pieces of chicken in a “large” when I called the restaurant the lady that answered the phone said yes it says large but it’s actually a medium and I asked why not just put the real cost of a medium and large meal? I would much rather them tell me on the app for example a large is $25 and a medium is $18 and I get my right amount of food. I feel tricked and apparently this is the owners decision. The food taste good but the way things are structured is ruining the food experience. MANAGEMENT PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I’m starving and all i can get in a “large” meal is two anorexic pieces of chicken and nuff rice. Dem leff the rice to fully my belly and it nah guh work. Fix dis man it nuh set right.

Was very disappointed, for the price it’s definitely not worth it.

Small portion, cold bland food, $16 wasted. Just don’t even bother.

Prices are ridiculously high, if you want to stay in business, I highly recommend lowering those prices.

I have to say that this has to be one of the best Jamaican food spots that I have tasted in the city. The food is fresh and it's consistent. From the jerk chicken meals to the ackee and salt fish breakfast meal, it is always fresh, hot, and tasty. Customer service is also great. You must check this spot out!

Came in at 1pm on a Tuesday. Service was excellent but both the jerk chicken and fried chicken were old and had been reheated.

I went in the store thinking it would be cheaper than ordering on Uber eats or Door dash but I was so wrong. Prices are ridiculously higher in their store. So I went online and order Door Dash pick up. I order half pound of fried chicken and half pound of Curry chicken. Both were basically bones. Almost no meat. $15 for bones. I did enjoy their pound of Stew pork I also purchased. But the chicken curry and fried chicken was a waste. This place is always disappointing not sure why I keep going back. Maybe it's that stew pork. Good luck with this place. As you can see in the pic. That is not worth $8 each total $15

Showed up after a Muay Thai event looking forward to some nice curry chicken and rice and peas . As I’m looking for the curry chicken all I come across was bone and genuinely maybe 1 piece of chicken . Then on top of that no plantain and as I try and just enjoy the rice and peas I can’t because they is a bone or cartilage in every bite from the chicken . I wish I was kidding but every single bite .

Doesn’t matter what soup you order it only comes vegetables, you won’t see any meat. Plus missing items all the time

Their fry dumpling is tough like a rock you can tell it’s stale. Embarrassment. Do better. On door dash you have medium soup and option to pay for large with an extra cost. When I called your server said they only have large soup and xl soup. Why is it not large option and xl option?! Make it make sense. It would be helpful if you list the size eg. 16 oz 24oz etc. Do Better!!!

I honestly enjoy the cook ? food at this wonderful Restaurant called Caribbean Cuisine Restaurant for sure!

Good portion food was not bad. The jerk chicken is a bit salty and if you order fried chicken, it'll be mush if you don't eat it asap.

Absolutely ridiculous
Went there on Friday July 20, 2024 around a little after 6. I have never in my life tasted anything so disgusting. I paid $29 for 2 medium foods Fry Chicken Rice and Peas one with curry goat gravy another with oxtail gravy. Both containers went in the garbage and created a big conflict with my son and myself. He told me not to go but I insisted and learnt a very hard $29 lesson. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dry and they where very tiny pieces. The rice was soft no salt no flavour steam veg same thing. Tell tell sign when you walk in and can't smell a damn thing cooking . Very disappointed would never go back or recommend to anyone. I low-key want my money back. Will be calling management someone has to care about this. And on top of this they have multiple locations. My God have mercy.
