For the togo, another customer and i showed up early. She could have prevented the bottle neck by starting it 5 to 10 minutes early. The staff gave me an attitude in how it wasn't going to be fresh when I showed. Yet, she did that for the client that showed up before the rush and she did it 3x. She also hid one of those orders under the counter. The small bottle was only filled up 3rd of the way and other individuals had the small bottle filled up all the way. Plus, she pulled the small container out of the fridge and it makes you question how long it sitting in the fridge because there’s no best before date on it

The service here was outright disrespectful. The employee acted like acknowledging a customer was beneath her — staring past me, ignoring basic manners, and rolling her eyes when I thanked her. If contempt for customers is the norm here, it’s no wonder the place leaves such a bad impression.

Got the fresh taro milk tea and the sago mango pomelo slush. The mango was too sour to eat, and the taro drink was very flavourless and I was very disappointed.
