I've tried different Chatime stores and this is the location I keep returning to because of Blake. Every time Blake makes my drinks, I am never disappointed because they are consistent, always tastes great and made perfectly to order. The staff are also friendly and patient with my multiple orders.

I ordered three large drinks on this rainy afternoon ,Yejin was a tall woman serving alone and the sink was dirty. The drinks came out and she didn't even have a typical tray and told me to take 3 drinks with my hands on a rainy day. I've lived in Canada for 30 years and this is the first time I've been to a rude store. I would never recommend this place.
Even if you buy a paper bag for 25 cents, you can't use it on a rainy street. It's a trash store that only cares about money

Worker (around 9:30pm on Tuesday March 25) attempted to pocket my money lol. I asked if the cashier could break a 20, the worker handed me back and thought I wouldn't notice a $5 bill was missing. I believe in benefit of the doubt but from her demeanour it seemed like she did it on purpose.
Edit (Response to Owner): No. Others have noticed your selective attitude to customers as well. From the minute we walked in your attitude was off putting towards us. Like the other customer's review from 2 months ago mentioned, you had a completely different and more positive attitude towards people of a different demographic.
I don't normally go to this location of chatime, but my drinks tasted more waters down then other places. It still tasted ok.

This location is constantly bad. I always try to give things a second try, but time and time again I am disappointed. Drinks are always watered down and even though this location is right up the street for me, I don't think I will return. I rather drive a little further then be disappointed all the time.

I always come to chatime but after today im not sure if ill ever come back to this location ever again.
I ordered a roasted milk tea with grass jelly.
The tearista didnt fill my drink all the way and all i asked was for it to be filled to the top.
Honestly not a big deal but when the other tearista handed me my drink back they didnt even say sorry or hand it back with a smile. The person handed it back like how dare i ask them to fill it up all the way witht he most sour puss face.
Honestly people are paying $7 for drinks and if you’re not only not going to fill it up all the way but also hand it back with such disgust and attitude i would rather never come back here ever again.
