This is my second time visiting this location and I have to say that out of all the locations I have been to this one has the most dismissive staff. I ordered one roasted tea and one brown sugar drink but both were made as brown sugar. Additionally when I asked for extra mango chunks in my mango slush and made it clear that I was willing to pay for them the cashier refused and said it was not an option at this location. I will not be returning.

Jan 11, 2026 – nighttime visit. I asked the cashier about a drink and she said it was really good. I’m not sure if she made it or if it was the other staff member (the taller lady with a long ponytail), but the service was extremely rude. She didn’t give me a tray even though I was clearly carrying a lot. I understand that it can get busy, but at the time there were only about six customers in front of me. There were no seats available because people were hogging tables for long periods of time—either chatting or using their laptops—while other customers had nowhere to sit. All six customers ahead of me were standing off to the side waiting for their drinks. I don’t understand why Chatime allows this, especially considering it’s a global chain and should manage seating better. The drink itself was disgusting—very watery—and I didn’t enjoy it at all. I came here at night to this location (the Bake One near Sheppard), and the service was terrible. My sister has had much better experiences here, but every time I come, I receive the worst service. I also had a promotion for free boba. I scanned my app, but it wasn’t applied. I only realized when I got home that there was no boba in my drink. What kind of customer service is this? This completely ruined my mood. I would not recommend this location.

My partner and I live nearby and this is our go-to Chatime. In the past, their drinks were made consistently well. However the last 2 times we ordered milk teas from this location (2 weeks ago and today), they tasted and look like they've been watered down. It's very noticeable. This is extremely disappointing and hopefully not a new regular practice. If so, I'll sadly have to stop coming here.

The matcha roasted milk tea tasted like water. I ordered 0% ice so I was expecting that it would be diluted with milk but the drink did not taste like milk or tea at all, it straight up tasted like water. As you can see, the drink looked so watery as well. I got stomachache and diarrhea right after drinking that so I'm also questioning their hygiene.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chatime today.
When I walked in, I clearly ordered a brown sugar pearl coconut latte, but the staff got my order wrong and gave me fresh milk instead. I am lactose intolerant, which means I could not drink the beverage at all.
What made it worse is that it was snowing and raining outside, and I walked about 10 minutes after work just to get this drink. After a long and exhausting workday, this was really frustrating.
On top of that, the service was basically non-existent. There were three staff members, all on their phones, with no sense of customer service or attentiveness. Yet somehow the POS machine still prompts customers to tip—I honestly don’t understand what service is being tipped for.
If staff cannot even understand a basic English order, that is unacceptable in a customer service environment. Overall, a very poor experience. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.

This is a nice spot with good service and good bubble tea options. However, the seating is very limited (only about four tables) so it can get crowded quickly. Great for takeout, but not ideal if you plan to sit and hang out.

Cha Time is a solid spot for bubble tea with lots of flavors and customization options. The drinks are consistent, the tapioca pearls are always chewy and fresh, and the sweetness levels are easy to adjust. Everything tastes clean and well balanced, and the service is usually fast even when it’s busy. It’s a fun place to grab a refreshing drink, and you can always count on getting exactly what you’re craving.
Please train this staff again. Please show her how good customer service is. She was rude by her tone of voice. Her eyes was like staring at me in a rude way for no reason. What a waste of time and money!!!

The taste is average. I ordered 4 drinks. In one of the milk tea I requested and paid for pearls but the staff did not add it. Very upset I didn’t get my pearls :( They need to double check their orders! It was not even that busy, just 3 other people in the store besides me.
