Cha Time is a solid spot for bubble tea with lots of flavors and customization options. The drinks are consistent, the tapioca pearls are always chewy and fresh, and the sweetness levels are easy to adjust. Everything tastes clean and well balanced, and the service is usually fast even when it’s busy. It’s a fun place to grab a refreshing drink, and you can always count on getting exactly what you’re craving.
Please train this staff again. Please show her how good customer service is. She was rude by her tone of voice. Her eyes was like staring at me in a rude way for no reason. What a waste of time and money!!!
Hit or miss. Today was unfortunately a miss. The QQ Lychee tasted watered down and the milk tea smoothie tasted like ice and milk no tea flavour. Try your luck!
The taste is average. I ordered 4 drinks. In one of the milk tea I requested and paid for pearls but the staff did not add it. Very upset I didn’t get my pearls :( They need to double check their orders! It was not even that busy, just 3 other people in the store besides me.
Nice cozy place!
Highly recommended.m 👍
We went two days ago. Friendly staff, especially the one with the orange badge. She so sweet to greet my kid☺️
friendly place. Would visit again!
PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF.
Only one staff to work on Sunday is really unreasonable. The wait time is crazy.
Terrible experience from start to finish.
As soon as we walked in, the cashier looked at us and flat-out said “no” when we tried to order — no explanation, just rude and dismissive. Luckily another staff member stepped in, but the damage was already done.
The bubble tea was just as disappointing — completely bland, no tea flavour, barely sweet, and tasted like watered-down syrup with tapioca.
To top it off, there was no air conditioning in the store. It was so hot inside that my cousins couldn’t even stay — they had to wait outside.
Absolutely not worth it. Terrible service, terrible drinks, and an uncomfortable environment. We won’t be back.
An average Chatime located near finch station. Open late. Staff were friendly enough, there was some seating inside.
Bubble tea tasted alright although there was a lot more of the milk taste than the brown sugar, and not a lot of tapioca pearls.
There’s better bubble tea stores in this area for sure, but this is Chatime which is a safe bet when you are overwhelmed with options.
I swear this place is the most delicious cha time spot .. sincerely 💕💕💕💕💕 the tapioca pearl is crazyyyyy chewyyyyy 🤍🤍🤍

Today wasn’t too busy, but when I went to place an order, I had some difficulty hearing the person due to the loud speaker. I tried to ask a few polite questions, but unfortunately, her response was quite rude, and she even rolled her eyes at my friend. It was disappointing, especially since we hadn’t done anything to warrant that kind of treatment. I didn’t catch her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, and I just wanted to say: kindness goes a long way. We all have our moments, but being respectful and kind to others is so important. Let’s all try to spread a little more love and positivity!
Can't get enough of their milk tea
Tried the roasted milk tea with tapioca (50% sugar, no ice). It was delicious, adding it to my rotation as I typically order the Thai milk tea.
This location does not have the self order screens I see in many other locations. Love those screens.
Got Taro milk tea and matcha milk tea. They just taste like milk and sugar and very little flavour. Not sure what they use but they taste like milk
The staff didn’t understand orders very well.
