FREE WIFI. Chatime doesn’t disappoint. It’s okay bubble tea. When you’re in the mood. Just go here. Nice and quiet place. Large sitting area. Nice low key music and clean. The tables could be wiped down more often but it’s nice.

Ridiculous food safety concern. I ordered 3 cakes, all came in dried out and stiff as biscuits. Never had crispy roll cake nor crumbly tiramisu in my life. Not sure where they store these cakes… may be on the street.. Turn up the volume for some ASMR…

Asked for minimum ice, put half cup with ice. Keep telling me only that’s is the standard of that’s the “standard” for less ice. Stay away, will never come back, worst place I ever been. $7 for half cup of ice.

Seriously?? I ordered three bubble teas and when I saw in the bag. They didn't give us straws. Now I’m drinking with the spoon. Ridiculous?
Worst customer service ever. I didn't have my wallet, so I ordered 2 cakes through Ritual and they gave me 2 boxes, which does not have handles. It was hard to grab. When I got home and checked the cakes, the tiramisu was damaged. Don't buy baked goods here. There are plenty of better places around this area.

Came today to order a QQ Mango Juice during the afternoon. I was surprised that the one worker on shift was able to make a dozen drinks during a short amount of time. The price was average and I love that there are drink deals and coupons which I was able to use at this location.Our drink was made quickly and accurately. The setting was neat and tidy and the atmosphere was nice inside.I would recommend this location near Yonge and Finch to whoever wants to get bubble tea, juice, or smoothies.

This location was semi-busy in the evening and it did take a little longer to order, but overall service was still smooth and drinks were prepared fairly quickly. The store was clean and still had seating available. Would definitely go back.

Standard chatime. The place is a bit small and sometimes out of stock for new items but otherwise the quality is always there and staff is always pleasant.They also have a small bakery section for those who like macarons. Overall a good place for bubble tea but nothing too outstanding or new.

I’m so disappointed with this location. I purchased two drinks, one milk tea and one tea of the month. Both drinks were completely watered down and had no taste. (Did not order with ice so it can’t be that). I had ordered them to be take out so I was already on my way and could not return to ask for a new one.Another disappointing experience was the staff who took my order. They were not friendly and when asked a question they gave an attitude with their response. I will no longer visit this chatime and do not recommend it.
