bought four drinks, gave me a tray that looked like that and one of the drinks didn’t even close properly. 2 drinks ended up falling. Just wasted money buying drinks we couldn’t even enjoy properly.

Decent local chatime - clean and fast making drinks. Customer service always polite and patient, even when the groggy late night bubble tea cravings hit.
Parking can sometimes be terrible due to fewer spots. Pulling out of that parking nook into exit and turning left towards Lawrence will be super annoying during peak times - especially the dinner rush hour.

Came to Chatime yesterday and again today, both times I was helped by the same girl, and she was super friendly. She helped me pick a drink I loved, and my order was ready really fast both times. Great service and chill vibes!
