When I visited before 21:00 on 11/10, the customer service attitude of a slightly overweight woman was not good. He was mushy and didn't even give the bare minimum of response. I like Chatime and go there often, so the atmosphere of a restaurant like this gives me a bad impression, and I don't want it to be a restaurant that makes me feel bad.

I’ve visited this bubble tea shop several times, and every time there’s a mistake with my order, the staff responds with irritation and disproving looks instead of simply remaking the drink. It’s frustrating to be treated like that, especially when a simple fix would resolve the issue. The drinks are decent, but the consistently poor customer service has made me decide not to return.

Disgusting customer service, the Asian girl who was working there was very rude and wouldn’t even listen to you, after calling and waving her for some time, she finally came to attend us, we ended up buying nothing.

Customer service is awful, the Asian girl was rude and arrogant, no sure what her name is. At first, she didn’t bother to answer my questions, I only asked one question. Then, She made me a wrong drink, I had to come all the way back when I realized, she didn’t apologize, actually she didn’t even say a word, just made me another wrong drink stone-faced, craziest server I’ve ever seen

It wasn’t busy when I went, I got a golden Lilly milk tea without any toppings. Less ice and 80% sugar.
It tastes so diluted and not sweet at all, it felt more like 30% sugar and kinda like milk in my opinion.
Too bad I drank it after I left, over wise I would’ve requested a redo.

I was dissapointed but it was probably because of my drink choice, it honestly ruined my night lol. I ordered the brown rice gree tea and I should've known better cuz it was terrible. I'll order some other drink next time.

I recently visited Chatime and ordered a smoothie, but what I received was nothing more than ice with a splash of syrup. There was no real fruit, no creamy texture—just a watery, icy mess that was far from the smoothie I expected. It's disappointing to pay for something that doesn't even resemble what was advertised. I won't be returning anytime soon.
last night i left my wallet at the store, they kept it for me and told me to come anytime and pick up. Great service too.
