Chatime Innovation Bar

The cups are too big. I ordered a regular and was charged for a large. The drink had too much water than actual drink. I didn't get a receipt neither was I asked if I wanted mine.

First time I've been to this location, has many new flavours not available elsewhere. Tried the guava lychee dragonfruit green tea which was excellent. Just note it's take out only with no seating.

My partner is a huge chatime fan and this is not the special chatime to go to. We got the handwhisked taro and it's most definitely not handwhisked (it's taro powder + ice + milk, "whisked" together in a blender). Not worth $6.9+tax.... Also they took away the Royal Blueberry, my fav 🫠

We ordered a matcha latte and a mango tea at this location. Honestly, both drinks were very watery and flavourless but we felt bad and only asked for another matcha. The first girl that remade the drink for us gave us yet another watery matcha, but Salma was an absolute angel. Seeing that we weren’t happy with our remade matcha, she offered to make a different item for us and was so kind the whole time. She made sure we were happy with the final drink, and we were able to leave happily. Thank you Salma you’re the best ◡̈

I love ChaTime, especially their sparkly drinks, butterfly peach lemonade ufff delicious, a shame it's only found in yorkdale, I wish the sparkly drinks were available in all establishments. Other than that, it's amazing, I love buying bubble tea here 💜

One of my favourite places to get bubble tea. Super convenient for when I pass by Yorkdale, and they’re open a bit earlier than most BT shops. All of the employees I’ve met here are so kind, friendly, and work very hard, especially the store manager—she’s awesome!! This location can get a bit busy at times but I’m glad they’re getting a lot of business :)

My order today was a Kyo-matsu matcha latte with brown sugar pearls and matcha pudding. Fantastic as always!

The employees are the sweetest people there and go about above and beyond every time I visit the mall. I asked one of the employees if they received my tips when I was checking out and they said they don’t get there tips, the company and management needs to do better. Other than that it’s a really lovely every time I visit.

This is by far the worst Chatime I’ve been to. The menu is limited as compared to other locations, they are slow and argues with customers. We ordered drinks for several kids after a movie and they specifically asked for pearls, QQ and grass jellies toppings in their drinks. The cashier/ server said that one of the drinks came with pearls when we added that topping so we clarified and they said yes. When we received the drink, there were no toppings. We gave them the receipt and asked if they can fix it. It wasn’t our error and the lady was rude, arguing and charged us for adding pearls. Bad business practices. I should have refunded the drink but the poor kid wanted it. We left and won’t be going back. Own your mistakes!! It’s only 50 cents to keep a kid happy!

Great atmosphere & service! But, I would love it for golden/honey pearls to make a return as that was the only reason why I used to get Chatime (Innovation Bar/Atealier). If they make a return, I’ll definitely have my friends and family try it out!

I used to go to the Chatime Innovation Bar downtown when it was still opened, it was a lovely place. I might update my review if they bring back golden pearls, lol. Anyways, cha!

Excellent drinks and wonderful staff!
There are a large variety of drinks to choose from, as well as a few drinks unique to the Yorkdale branch. I personally enjoy their matcha drinks (I love their matcha pudding topping).
The staff are very kind and welcoming, and I always have a good experience ordering from them. They are efficient and quick when making orders, and always are friendly!

Ordered two matchango Sunday night. Super friendly staff, she definitely brightened our day.
