I usually don’t leave reviews, but today I feel I have to. I ordered three items: milk tea, rice paper rolls, and stir-fried corn, but everything was disgusting.
The rice paper rolls were moldy and watery, resembling spoiled food. The stir-fried corn was poorly presented; when I removed it from the container, a lot of water leaked out and mixed with the milk tea 🤢. Additionally, the milk tea didn’t come with a straw. ( I can't describe how bad the food was)
I ended up throwing everything in the trash without even tasting it. It was a frightening experience. I wish there were an option for zero stars because I would have chosen that instead of one star. I will never return. OMG

Update: let me clarify, I originally inquired about the Vietnamese coffee, and if it can be made with, milk, alternatives, such as oat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk. And the person at the counter didn’t understand milk alternatives. So I end up ordering a lychee green tea, which tasted like it came from a can lychee. I’ve been drinking bubble tea since the early 2000s and I think I know the difference between using syrup and canned lychee To the owner, excuse me if you don’t know the quality of your own ingredients. And publicly lashing out at a complaint means you have very poor customer service. Staff attitude. When I received the order, I discovered that the staff ordered the wrong dish (I ordered fried squid), so I told the staff, the staff said that when the order was confirmed it was fried squid balls, she said if you want fried squid, then Should I order "crispy fried squid"? I dare to confirm that the staff did not confirm, and also did not ask if we needed a bill. Both the person who took the order for me and the person I complained to were two different people. There are many ways to respond, but why blame it on the previous customer, when he or she is not the one taking the order? This is not worth a 1 star rating but it's due to the staff's attitude when responding.

I don't have the image on me right now, but I found a dead fruit fly in my strawberry Boba. It was really disgusting, because it was all brown and weird looking. If I wasn't so busy poking through the tapioca pearls, I would have swallowed that bug. My friend also found a barely blended strawberry, which they almost choked on. The environment is great, and I've had better service before. I don't know what happened to you guys this time.
