Have a line up, and three open counters, but erving customers from only one of them while chatting with others and blocking the other two. Hoped chil fil a would have better standards.

There’s a one star review previous of mine regarding management being stingy about drink carriers. I can attest to this, though the manager i spoke with was a woman. She was brown with black medium length hair. She refused to give me a drink carrier for a delivery order. I just politely asked for a drink carrier. As a manager, I’m baffled at this response from higher ups. No hospitality & not at all a friendly service. I just gave back the food that was supposed to be delivered . I hope they suffered the loss of sales & that is all her fault. (It was closing time, no other dasher would be assigned in time). I’m sure it was racism because another brown guy asked for it and she offered with no hesitation. This was Saturday November 1st around 8:45pm, she was apparently the only manager on, I hope head office or corporate can push some type of development or sensitivity training..

I was just verbally assaulted by the director of operations at Yorkdale Chik fil a. I simply asked for a carrier for my large drink and he refused and yelled at me. Worst customer experience ever from any fast food restaurant. And from management???!!!This guy needs retaining. Horrible experience!!!!!

Very busy location. One thing I do want to highlight is the staff. It got pretty busy and the staff were on it to try to get orders through efficiently. Kudos to them!
