This was our first time trying their Spicy chicken burger. We always see long queues at different mall locations, so we finally decided to give it a try. This time, we just ordered a single spicy chicken burger with Chick-Fil-A sauce!
Compared to other places, the chicken in this burger did feel a bit healthier, which we appreciated. However, it lacked juiciness, which made it a bit dry. Also, the burger size was really small—we didn’t feel full at all after eating just one. 🤣🤣

Finally tried this place after constantly hearing all the hype behind the chain. I genuinely don’t see what so special about the chicken. It’s good for sure, but definitely not worth the insane price point. Would rather just get any of the other competitor chains that just offer so much more quantity for the same price. Just my opinion.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in my life! The girl with dark hair and the Black girl were beyond disrespectful—yelling at me and behaving aggressively as if they wanted to start a fight. They outright told me not to come back. The level of unprofessionalism and hostility was absolutely appalling. If you have any self-respect, stay far away from this place. The customer service is an absolute disgrace.
I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich from West Edmonton Mall on Nov. 6. This was the second time I bought food from this location in the food court. The food and service were good. What my complaint is the sandwich was placed in a thick cardboard box and then in a paper bag. I was charged $0.25 for the paper bag. I realized for every order, big or small, the food would be placed in paper bag with extra charge. What customers did were to take the bag, walked a few steps to a table, finished the meal and threw away the bags and boxes. It is not the extra 25 cents that bothers me. It is the non-eco friendly policy that make me think twice about buying again.

I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and waffle fries from Chic Fil-A in west Edmonton mall yesterday. The food was absolutely garbage. Very small chicken. Smaller than a junior chicken from McDonald’s. Very disappointed.
Placed an order for pick-up on 12 Oct 2024 from Shops at Don Mills and some items were missing. Checked the website and there is no contact email for complaints.

This is the worst chick fe la I’ve ever had in my life. Today around 2PM I got the chicken delux combo and i immediately threw out in the bathroom! I dint event get to finish the food. I don’t even know what it could of been but it had to be the chicken being raw or bacteria in the kitchen / cross contamination with something? This is absolutely disgusting!
