I’ve tried to avoid leaving a negative review multiple times, but enough is enough. This location consistently fails to cook steak properly it’s either chewy or undercooked. Whoever is managing this place should try eating the food themselves before serving it to customers

Good service, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The guacamole was delicious, though a bit pricey. I’d definitely come back.

The food quality was disappointing. It lacked flavor and freshness. The portion size was also very small, especially considering the high price we paid. On top of that, the service was below expectations. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the value charged. Shrinkafation has arrived to Chipotle Yordale !!!!

Ordered chicken burrito bowl but not even a single piece of chicken other than vegetables and ton of rice! Very cunning store and employees

The first time I tried Chipotle and it was great !!!! Very tasty!!

Went in this afternoon Friday May the 30th at 3:15pm to pick up a mobile order and the older woman at cash was so rude and dismissive. She purposely ignored me multiple times after politely trying to ask to pick up my mobile order. There’s no point in doing an online order if everyone in line is going to be served before you when they simply need to hand you the bag. Her attitude was nasty for no reason and I witnessed her being rude to others as well.
After realizing something in my order was missing, she was again dismissive and did not acknowledge me. She needs better costumer service. Won’t be back at this location again.

For some reason this location of Chipotle always give less portion. Disappointing

Yorkdale Chipotle is hands down the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I went on May 23rd around 8 PM. First, they ran out of brown rice, so I waited for 5-10 minutes. Then, once I was finally back in line, they ran out of honey chicken and they said I need to wait another 15-20 minutes. Are you kidding me? It wasn’t even close to closing time. How do you run out of two basic ingredients back-to-back?

On top of that, the staff were giving half-scoop portions like they were rationing food. I had to keep asking for more just to get a normal-sized bowl. When it was time to pay, the cashier literally started cleaning the floor near the door with a line of customers waiting. Seriously?

I asked if the portions had changed or why things kept running out, and instead of owning up or apologizing, the cashier just blamed management for everything. Then she had the nerve to say I could just ask for more and it wouldn’t be charged, totally missing the point. No customer service, no common sense, no responsibility.

As for the other two staff on the hot and cold sides, the one on the hot side looked like she just wanted to go home, and the one on the cold side looked like she was rushing but somehow still moving slow. The whole vibe was off. No energy, no care. Just going through the motions like they couldn’t wait to leave. And when I got home, the bottom of my bowl was soaked because they didn’t even bother to close the lid properly.

Manager: You should know exactly who was working that night. Either train your staff to actually care, or hire people who do.

They’re food racist, I just bought food and ever other non black order was bursting and they paid the same as I did but for me and my friend who are different to everyone else they skimped on everything. Totally unacceptable won’t be back!

Freezing food ! I don’t like it !

Amazing food and it is especially great that it is NOT halal. As a Sikh we cannot eat halal, so having a chipotle here is essential for those of us who cannot or do not want halal meat.

Inside Yorkdale Mall: first the beef is rubbery like cooked days ago and it was replaced thank you…. but omg there was a long hair in between shredded lettuce. Server Must pay VISUALLY PAY ATTENTION!!!!
Nothing looks fresh on that Sunday.
