I visited the Chipotle on Don Mills recently, and the experience wasn’t great. Most of the staff were okay, but one staff member was pretty rude throughout my order. The drink options were explained in a confusing way, and instead of helping, she seemed impatient. When I asked about the chip sizes, she laughed and made a comment to her coworkers about customers getting confused, which felt unprofessional since I was right there. I did understand the sizes I just thought they were out of the regular one. Her attitude made the visit uncomfortable, and I left feeling disappointed.

Pretty disappointing service. I caught that the queso lid wasn’t sealed properly and would’ve ruined my order. When I pointed it out, the employee didn’t apologize, instead just slammed the lid on and pushed the bag at me so quickly that I nearly dropped it. If I hadn’t caught it, they would’ve had to remake the bowl. The food itself was great, but the staff on the line seemed inexperienced and struggled to handle a fairly small crowd.

Chipotle just drastically reduced the size of their Burritos yet did not reduce the price. Boo Chipotle. Burrito used to be filling, now it is 2/3 the size. Feeling overcharged and disappointed. Will send my business to the other mexican places in Don Mills. Disappointed but not surprised.

Food was alright. I ordered using the Chipotle app and two items were missing from my order. One was a Free Guac as a first time order, so I added chips to eat with the Guac. Both items were missing. Since I ordered online, I had to get the refund online (as what was told to me by one of the workers at this location). Except they didn’t refund me. They added free chips to my account which I have to claim by a certain time. I was also unable to claim my Free guac with the automated customer service. Very terrible system. Please double check your online or app orders when picking up your food.

Usually I enjoy going to this location specifically because the service is pretty good and the bowls taste pretty good compared to other locations. However, last time I ended up eating my food at the restaurant itself and I sat in the corner near the windows. I noticed a cockroach on the table and immediately lost my appetite and left. My friend who was with me actually couldn't finish her food and ended up throwing their food away.

I work in Don mills plaza and ran over for something quick, only had $5 in tips as well as some change (I had left my card at work) The “manager” said he couldn’t accept my money.. I assume because the bill had been ripped, I’ve attached a photo of the bill he wouldn’t accept even tho I had just ripped it ever so slightly right in front of him. I pointed out both serial numbers were in tact and just the top needed to be taped, he still refused.
Left with nothing.
Absolute 0 for customer service.
I usually enjoy the food here, and I come every week, but my recent experience was really disappointing. The portions have become noticeably smaller over the past few weeks. Yesterday, the staff barely put anything in my bowl, it was literally half empty. For the price, I expect consistent and fair portions without over charging. I hope this issue is addressed because I’ve always liked this place, but lately it’s been frustrating.

Very unclean. From the kitchen to sitting area is very dirty. Staff moving around with the gloves on and touching everything from food to surface. I think health canada needs to inspect this kind of places. Lots of students going there on their lunch time

Estimated pick up was 9:20pm
Walked in at 9:24pm order was not finished. No big deal, went to metro, came back at 9:35 pm and picked up my order and went home.
Imagine the disappointment coming home with my family excited to eat 3 bowls ordered with guacamole, and only 1 out of the 3 bowls have guac.
Called chipotle to inform them of the order mishap. Employee (female voice) answered the phone and offered for me to pick up guac tomorrow. She didn’t even tell me that she was handing the phone to a male who identified himself as SHUVHAM (says he was the manager) and said he made the bowls himself and swears he added guac. No he did not. I have taken photos…and you can even see my husband who was 2/3 done with his bowl clearly has guac while the other two do not. What I’m most disappointed in is this manager’s way of solving this disappointment - he offers me 1 free guac to pick up tonight….not even the two that the previous woman offered tomorrow. Because he swears that he put it in there. I truly hope management sees the photos and can empathize with the frustration that I have not having my order fulfilled completely (especially with an upcharge of guacamole) and being gaslit over the phone by the manager saying because he knows he personally made them, his desire to rectify this issue was below minimum. In the end…I did feel that driving 15 mins back to Chipotle was not worth going to, considering the customer service I was already given over the phone. I’m out two upcharges of guacamole. And two unsatisfied dinners.
Absolutely appalled that a manager has shown zero accountability and customer service to a paying customer….This guy actually had the audacity to say that it was convenient that I ate my food to not show any proof. Please see photos. And if you ever spot a man named SHUVHAM making your order, make sure you check it before you walk out that door. You will not be happy with it.

2nd time that I ordered the chicken bowl and was quite disappointed — it barely had any pieces of chicken. Most of it was just rice and toppings. For the price, I expected a lot more meat and better portion balance.
