I got a half chicken and half steak burrito bowl yesterday in the evening and had diarrhea for the rest of the day and throughout the night. This was the only thing I ate too. There must be some food and safety procedures they're not following now. I got food from this location 2 months ago and it wasn't an issue. I also got charged $18.53 for the same one I get charged around $15 through the apps. The reason why I ordered in-store yesterday was because whenever I ordered for pickup they rarely ever put the orders on the pick-up shelf, and they would ignore people waiting for pickup for long periods even though the orders are bagged and labeled behind the counter. I won't be visiting this location anymore. I don't want to ever risk everything that I went through yesterday.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a culinary disgrace. A hair was discovered in my friend’s daughter’s bowl — revolting enough — yet the staff, instead of apologizing, demanded “proof,” as if our disgust were imaginary. Such contempt, coupled with unhygienic food, renders this place unworthy of trust, respect, or patronage. A deplorable establishment best avoided.

Worst place to ever get your food. Most dirtiest most unprofessional staff ever. The amount of stuff that isn’t supposed to be in someone’s food that I found in my food is insane. Don’t ever go here !!!!

My son ate in this Chipotle Restaurant and had a very bad Food Poisoning! He's been sick for 24 hours ( Vomiting & Diarrhea ). Queso is probably the culprit, but in general Poor hygiene of the staff handling the food & Bad Food Handling! Bad management! DO NOT EAT there!

They slam all the food and sauce in the bowl without draining it and almost every time I try to take it home it leaks through the cardboard bowl in the 5 minutes it takes me to get home. Makes my car smell like beans and It drips everywhere as I carry it. Maybe putting food in a container is too complicated for some employees at this location

The service is good but I’m giving chipotle a 2 star because their food is overly seasoned with salt. I don’t know if it’s the tomato salsa(pico) but I love to get a protein bowl with no rice and side with chips but even the chips were over seasoned with salt. It’s waaaay to salty for me to ever get food from again but this was my go to Saturday takeout spot.
So I went there for the first time ever. I dont normally eat burritos but I said hey why not have one today. I miss say I will never go back. The food is so plain I dont even know how they can call themselves mexican food. That is not even close. To add to this whole mix I think the sour cream was bad it had a funky taste and I was right, been spending lots of time in the washroom and stomach aches all day the next day, what a horrible experience. Never again. Sad my whole family was not feeling so well after eating there. Goodbye Chipotle 👋
