Whenever I am in mood for some quick mexican food, Chipotle is my place. It’s quick, convenient, easy, and delicious. I love their chicken bowl, quesadillas, and nachos. I worked there for a month or so and found that they make everything fresh every day. So extra points for that! I love their fajita veggies and pinto beans on rice along with corn and mild salsa. Their fountain drinks are great too, I always consume all of them in variety. The orange one is my favourite. The staff is usually nice but I happened to have a bad experience with a girl who always rushes you to order, someone named Bella. Good luck if she is serving you ?

Be transparent with all your customers now.————STAY AWAYDecided to try this place again today after nearly 3 years. Had stopped visiting as the food quality had deteriorated.Service: Horrendous. Stopped by mid-afternoon. The customers ahead of me were taking a long time to decide then had payment issues. So the line behind me naturally got longer. When it was finally my turn to order, I was rushed to quickly shout out what I wanted. Sigh. One lady took my order while another staff filled the bowl (who do I look at? The lady talking to me or the person filling my bowl?!), then they moved on to the customers behind me without barely acknowledging me. When I got to the cashier, I repeated my order to ensure I was charged correctly. She dismissed me, rung me up and practically rushed me out of the line. No “thank you”, or anything of that sort. Moved on to the customers behind me.Chipotle - teach your staff the basics of customer service please.I worked at a competitor’s restaurant many years ago while in school and the basics of CS were drilled in to us!Food: Has slightly improved but chicken was partially burnt. For the price, I shouldn’t have to throw out 1/3 of the meat. Wish I had taken pictures but was starving and just devoured what was edible and threw out the rest.Will I go back? Definitely not.

I highly recommend the Chipotle franchise for vegetarians and for Mexican food lovers. They provide an ample quantity of food with high quality food service, and there locations are quite remarkable for dine-in.

Had one veg rice bowl and veg taco bowl. It was more than sufficient for a family of three.Everything was served and added sufficiently. Taste aas perfect Chipotle taste.Staff is extremely cordial and good in service. Efficient and quick to respond.It is kid friendly.

Tasty but not memorable. Nothing I had made me say "that flavour is amazing". It all felt very generic. Good but generic. I actually appreciate that their burritos are not loaded with sauce as I find sauces usually overwhelm the meat, rice, beans, etc. No plans to go back, but I wouldn't tell anyone to stay away. Just don't go expecting to be blown away.Vegetarian options: There are veggie burritos and a fake meat as well.

Ordered online at 7:08pm, for pick up at 7:20pm. Didn't get my order until 7:30pm, meanwhile the front helped 10 walk-in customers. So much for ordering online for a quicker service. If I just walked in it would have been much faster. They also forgot the tortilla, so I waited in line behind six people. Paid for my tortillas, and wasn't offered my change. It doesn't matter the amount of change you give back to the customer, it's the principal of offering it back. Not just assuming that the customer doesn't want change.
