Absolutely awful experience. The food was cold, the quality was terrible, and the place was filthy. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked them to cut our burrito but they made some BS about health protocols preventing them from doing so...Never coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this Chipotle location. The food was served completely cold, the service was painfully slow and careless, and the staff were shockingly rude when I asked for help. The restaurant itself was dirty and uninviting, with tables left messy and no effort made to clean up. The food quality was far below what you would expect—ingredients tasted stale and unappetizing. Overall, a truly disappointing visit. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Love this location, lots of young people work here, the university is right across the street, the service is actually really good, the food is always fresh, restaurant looks farely clean, but i haven't dined in, since its summertime now, I frequently go to this location, the parking situation is bad though, so be aware if your driving here, otherwise, nothing bad to say

Great place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere! The staff are super professional, always friendly and smiling. You can really feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. Portion sizes are generous too. Highly recommend!

Way smaller than what I get at other spots. • The place? Tiny. Hardly ever any tables. • And when there are tables, they’re usually not clean. • Bonus: they’re often out of Tabasco.

I should’ve just checked the review before ordering at the place.(my bad) Got to the last bit of the bowl and I found a piece of hair. It’s a very fine and small hair so not that noticeable until I almost finish it. Maybe it’s just me but the portion for the meat is not great.
