Last Thursday I did delivery with Door Dash and was absolutely amazed at not only that the chicken was tender and juicy but that the breading was thick and very crispy and even remained like this the next day. I recommended this place to a friend. The honey butter rolls were also delicious. I ordered the spicy chicken but found it too spicy for my taste.The crinkle cut fries were good however the gravy was tasteless and very watery plus very little colour though I did stir it.Today I ordered the original chicken again through Door Dash and though the chicken was again tender and juicy however the breading was very thin and not crispy. Very disappointed. I also ordered the onion rings and they were crispy. This time the gravy was tasty, brown in colour but again watery.I also ordered the churro bites and oreo bites unfortunately the restaurant sent two churro bites and no oreo bites. I have to depend on delivery for service. Door Dash did reimburse me but that's not the point. I wanted the oreo bites.Not sure if I will order from Church's again. Obviously I can't depend on their service.
There is no place to bathe your hands, and there is no service in either bathroom.

I got the Mexicana combo and an extra biscuit and it was good. There was no overpowering flavor but it tasted good. The chicken was very juicy. I loved the fries and the biscuit. I think the biscuit is the best part of the meal honestly. It has a slightly sweet and crunchy exterior and doesn't feel super dry like Popeyes. It's about $14 including tax for a combo, but it is bigger than most places.
On Saturday around 5:15 pm, the store was not busy. I had to wait for more than a minute to get the order taken. The food was not hot. The seating area was dirty, tables and floor. The washroom cleanliness was poor.

Have take out from this shop and the fried chicken was a big let down. Not only were the drum sticks on the smaller side, all 4 pieces of mixed were all over cooked and dry. (Thigh and legs)The biscuits were acceptable so was the mashed and coleslaw.Will definitely not be going back to this particular shop as KFC would have been the better choice.

Something in the chicken burger or mash potato and gravy gave everyone an itchy rash who ordered it. placed order on uber eats as separate order cheques too, all same items. Everyone got hives.
