Not good value. This quarter chicken portion has to be from the smallest chicken in existence. And mostly bone. You can't see them package takeout orders because chicken station is behind a wall. My bad not reviewing the food before paying and leaving. Could have bought a whole cooked chicken at the supermarket for the same price.

Since the owner left to run the 2nd location, the quality has gone down.Today no potatoes during the dinner rush (7pm) and was told none for the rest of the day. Last week the ran out of chicken (again at 7pm). When you order Portuguese Chicken it is ALWAYS chicken, potatoes and rice. To the own PLEASE fix this, I have been going to restaurant since you first open and would hate to go else because your replacement can't figure out how to portion prep.

I ordered almost $50 worth of food today in plans of making it last the weekend and including an extra meal to eat in the car. As we were cashing out I was asked for hot sauce and utensils. Said yes to both. I asked for extra hot sauce which she only provided 1. As we opened everything up and prepared to eat we realized there were no utensils in the bag. My boyfriend went back in the store and to his surprise the older woman who served us with the glasses said “I am not giving you more forks they are in the bag, the girl saw”. My boyfriend felt uncomfortable and didnt want to make a scene since other customers were there. We then were forkless so luckily the bakery next door gave us forks with ZERO QUESTIONS!2nd point. Another time we asked for extra hot sauce and the woman LITERALLY faked getting hot sauce and put her hand in the bag.Just terrible customer service and very upsetting that we’ve had 2 bad experiences/moments back to back.

Best favas around. Great BBQ chicken. Generous portions at great prices. We had their steak in mushroom sauce and 2 sides each for $15.00 each!!! It wasn't a big steak to be sure but, damn, it was very flavourful, tender and cooked to a medium so it wasn't overdone even sitting in the pan.The service was very efficient. It's not full service but what do you expect from a take out place? You order the food and drinks that you want, you sit down, you get some olives bread and butter (butter is too cold to spread) and then promptly you get your meal and your drinks delivered to your table. When you're done you get up and pay. Easy and unpretentious. If you're like me though, you get a whole bunch more food to take home and you surprise your better half with delicious chicken, favas, rice and Parisienne potatoes in well stuffed containers! All for what you'd pay for 1 person at most restaurants.As for what some are saying about the staff being rude? Absolutely NOT. Very pleasant and took the time to explain the ingredients in the dishes. I have been many times and I have never been disappointed with the service. Perhaps just walking in and flooding my nose with the awesome aromas of the food just puts a smile on my face!
