Absolutely delicious! Their classic cinnamon rolls are warm, gooey, and packed with flavor, the way I like it :)
And have it with some English breakfast tea! Yummy.
The staff here are lovely and helpful. Thank you!
I was there for take out today around 2:30pm and the gentleman at the cash counter was so pleasant. Wrapped my plastic cutlery in napkins and put it inside the bag along with the box.so thoughtful simply amazing.
I just can’t resist this stuff
This location seems to have small seating area but they have only one chair. When I asked the staff if they can provide another chair, they said they don’t have any extra chairs. So why renovate your store in a way that there’s seating area and tables and not have chairs? It defeats the purpose of quick dining experience. Also, there’s lots of chairs that can be purchased economically, so I am not sure why the store owners cannot do so. Further to this, we ordered coffee and staff don’t check their inventory. Maybe staff should check first if they have enough coffee to sell and ask if customers are willing to wait if there isn’t sufficient coffee. Not really happy with this location.
Taste of heaven !
Delicious!
Today First time in all these years got disappointed. Ask them for best deal and they told me a box with 4 was on deal.
The associate went to the back of the kitchen and brought us a box with much smaller Cinnabons. Unfortunately by then we already had them to cut each in four portions.
These Cinnabon were very cold and not close to the fresh one at the front.
Will never ask again for this deal.

Today noon I was purchasing one of my favourites cinnamon roll . I never tried a chocolate, so I was asking the price of it. The cashier was literally discussing to the other employee that , we could not afford and they were laughing together. That’s my own personal choice whether I want to buy it or not . It’s really disgusting, when employee gossiping about customer

Very disappointed! I paid $7.00 for 1 cinnabon and when I opened the box looks like someone took a big bite, very sneaky girl! She was so quick to close the box while I’m paying. I will not recommend that location and not going back there!

Love them . They are the best for cinnabons. They come with varieties to choose from.
A bit costlier but give it a try.

Very disappointed, I've been here many times before and I never had an issue but when I visited today not only did I get a tiny doughy Cinnabon, I ended up getting a stomachache after a couple bites. I had to throw it out and to charge $7 for the small Cinnabon, which is so tiny, at least the one I got. It's very disappointing. Way overpriced for the quality. The only Cinnabon in the GTA that has made such a horrible batch.

Not happy when they measure you up and decide to sell you a box of old mini Cinnabons to get of it. Several times now, they sell probably day old Cinnabons. It’s not fresh that’s for sure and stale. The people working there have zero standards. This is at the Fairview Mall location. It used to be good before covid but each time I’ve gone afterwards, which isn’t often now, buying from them is hit and miss. I buy to treat people at work and bringing stale Cinnabons is embarrassing. Bot an 18 pack yesterday and it was disappointing.
