CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Came by to Coco for a visit and jumped on their affordable bubble tea deal this month for 3 of their classics: brown sugar pearl milk tea, taro sago milk tea, and the popular 3 Guys with the top 3 fillings.

The drinks were decent. The location is relatively small but seems popular with the locals. We waited for some time for our mobile order, two of which came with the correct instructions but the last one included ice when we specified no ice. All good!

Yo, this boba is legit! Drinks are super tasty, and the pearls have that perfect chew. Plus, the server’s not just friendly but ripped. Can't wait to swing by again for another drink!

I went on Sep 25 the young lady at the cash was super sweet and nice but the one w a mask in the bad has a lots of attitude. Horrible service

The first time I wanted to use the application, I tried it, but I didn’t receive anything. I asked the employee, and she just said, ‘later, later,’ and ignored me! How is this possible? Am I not a customer? I just wanted to learn. The employee was not friendly and not helpful! Unfortunately, you have already lost a loyal customer. Employees need to be learning customer servis!

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice offers a quick and convenient grab-and-go experience, making it an ideal spot for a refreshing drink, especially when you're in a hurry. My visit was straightforward, with the service being both quick and decent. The staff efficiently handled my order, which is my go-to— a large taro milk tea with no sugar, less or no ice, and coconut jelly as a topping. The balance of flavours in the taro milk tea is always spot on, and the coconut jelly adds a delightful texture without overwhelming the drink.

One of the things I appreciate most about this location is its setting within a plaza, which offers the opportunity to explore a variety of other food places nearby. This makes it easy to pick up a drink and then browse other options if you're in the mood for a snack or meal. The combination of a convenient location and a reliable drink selection makes CoCo a solid choice.

While the service was efficient, it lacked the personal touch that can elevate an experience from good to great. However, considering the nature of a quick-service tea shop, it meets expectations. Overall, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a dependable option for a quality drink on the go, and I’ll continue to make it a regular stop during my visits to the plaza.

The drinks are really good, I suggest the taro milk tea. The cashier was polite and patient when I wanted to change an order. Pickup is convenient there as well. The ordering area and pickup area were put in an overall small space, but since you don’t stay long there I guess it doesn’t really matter. There is free wifi as well, which is nice. Fair warning though, some days, the line gets PRETTY long. In my opinion though, it’s worth it. :)

Kid-friendliness: There’s caffeine in some drinks, but most are ok for kids to have.

Visited this location serveral times. The cashier girl Karen always smiley and she recommended me grapefruit Yakut was soooo good!! She also help me get the rewards!! I become the loyal customer now haha.

Went to this location for the first time today to try the new floral tea latte series. I got 2 drinks iced and was told I couldn’t modify the ice levels. The rose latte ended up being full cup of ice with 2 sips of liquid compared to the jasmine latte which was more regular. The drinks tasted good other than the fact that there wasn’t really much to drink.

I did not enjoy my bbt today. This is the worst tasting coco's :( i ordered the grapeful yakult and grapeful dream. The grapes they put inside tasted rancid and metallic. The grape topping tastes like it was oxidized for several days. I had to throw both drinks out. The grapeful yakult was supposed to be a slush, but it was watery with a few ice chunks and weird tasting grapes. The grapeful dream looked really pretty, but the taste was off. The quality of the drinks were not on par with the other coco locations I've been to. I will not be returning to this location unfortunately

The building is nice and clean. The service is nice pretty fast. The drinks also taste really good, my favorite one is the Lemon King. I find it sweet and sour at the same time and it’s definitely my favorite.

Ordered one of their top 5 drinks (brown sugar pearl tea) and it was extremely underwhelming. It was not made with care and the drink was spilling over.
