I ordered an egg sandwich , it was hot from outside cold from inside .. it is just a feedback to the owner of this location to change the interior , make it bit welcoming and please improve food options. Spent 8 $ on sandwich not worth it .

I went there yesterday and the women tipped herself on the machine before passing me it. I just tapped without a thought in mind then notice at the very end the the price was very off. I brought it up to her and she said that I get more bacon and did everything to chance the subject. It was busy so I didn’t want to make a scene. And when they were making it they put very little of everything.

Tables, washrooms, floor, all areas was so dirty. There were only two staff members handling everything — they were taking cash payments, then suddenly preparing sandwiches, then coming back to move items around. The hygiene conditions were terrible. It’s clear that the lack of staff is the main reason for this mess.
Also, the quality of the coffee cup was extremely poor — it was made from the cheapest and lowest-quality materials with a terrible design that will definitely spill on you.
My coworkers and I pop into Coffee Time every single day for lunch, and it's always a highlight! The service is consistently great, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasure. They have a fantastic selection of baked goods, which is a huge plus. A special shout-out to Mickey, who is truly exceptional… they always go above and beyond for customers. Definitely recommend this spot!
