They donāt exploit the Temporary Foreign Worker program like Tim Hortons does. And honestly, the coffee and service are miles better. Grab a Long John or a chocolate puff made with real whipped cream while youāre there. š #LetsMakeCoffeeTimeGreatAgain

Iām very disappointed with my experience at this Coffee Time location. A couple of weeks ago, I visited the store and noticed that the parking spots reserved for Coffee Time were completely occupied by non-customers. When I politely brought this to the attention of so called manager, instead of addressing the concern professionally, she mocked and made fun of me.
Iām not even sure if she is actually the manager or the owner of the place, because she behaved like someone who doesnāt care at all about proper management or customer service. I have been a regular customer for past years and have witnessed some other instances of this persons disrespectful behaviour to customers and also to other staff members.
I emailed Coffee Timeās customer service right after this incident, but even after weeks, there has been no response or action. Thatās the only reason Iām posting this review publicly , so that higher management becomes aware of whatās happening at this location. For me this is my daily routine place and this kind of behaviour canāt be tolerated.

Im very glad i stopped at this place, the service ladies were great, and coffee was amazing, and breakfast sandwich was delicious and packed well. I came all the way from Hamilton for a delivery found this restaurant, and boy we miss coffee time in Hamilton back in the years but no where to be found there anymore. The quality and service feels like home not like a fastfood chain.

This place is so bad. The coffee tastes water and the lady there was so rude. Avoid this place and save your money. Awful!!
I remember pre-Covid time when the Coffee Time outlets looked like shelters for the homeless people. So I was pleasantly surprised dropping in the CT now. It has improved its image and vibe which makes it look and feel like Tim Hortons and even better, because they offer my favorite sandwiches which the TH does not. The staff is friendly and helpful, the washroom is clean. I'd recommend to have some hand sanitizer at the counter.

Terrible service, employees cant make sandwiches correct. Order Turkey, get ham. Pay for cheese or ask for mayo, no chance! A racoon could make you a better breakfast or lunch than this place. Coffee time is normally pretty good, this specific place is bringing the average down!

Afternoon girl is so rude. First time I visited, she sighed loudly toward me before taking order and passed the Muffin almost dropping to counter. Second time today, I asked the washroom key and she literally threw it to the counter.
