They don’t exploit the Temporary Foreign Worker program like Tim Hortons does. And honestly, the coffee and service are miles better. Grab a Long John or a chocolate puff made with real whipped cream while you’re there. 😋

Im very glad i stopped at this place, the service ladies were great, and coffee was amazing, and breakfast sandwich was delicious and packed well.
I came all the way from Hamilton for a delivery found this restaurant, and boy we miss coffee time in Hamilton back in the years but no where to be found there anymore.
The quality and service feels like home not like a fastfood chain.

I remember pre-Covid time when the Coffee Time outlets looked like shelters for the homeless people. So I was pleasantly surprised dropping in the CT now. It has improved its image and vibe which makes it look and feel like Tim Hortons and even better, because they offer my favorite sandwiches which the TH does not.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the washroom is clean.
I'd recommend to have some hand sanitizer at the counter.
