The lady that was taking care of my order was about to grab the desert I ordered with the same utensils that they use for grabbing the deep fried food. I called her out and she pretended that she was looking for a spatula. Then I realized how dirty this place is, aside from its coming apart.
A very bad way to represent Colombia! SAD!
I hope that the owner takes action.

The place is a disaster, especially if they sell food; it's dirty and the person serving doesn't wear gloves and handles the money the same way.

I used to visit here often for their empanadas, but lately, they've become really disappointing. They're barely edible and soaked in oil, making them feel like biting into a rock. Plus, they never have hot sauce available. Overall, it's not worth the price or the time anymore.

I have no idea what happened to the cook/kitchen/seasoning. I will never go back here. I used to go for empanadas with hot sauce and Chorizo. Hot sauce is water down vinegar with some picante. Empanadas have no flavour. Chorizos are hard. I’m so disappointed. There are other places to get decent Colombian empanadas, this place is not it anymore.
There fellows this food do not represents us, Colombians.
Always a bad experience with the food.
They always run out of the most popular item (carnitas).
Tasteless food is at some point understandable, but rancid food is unfogibable.
Dominican young lady was atentive
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.
the attention schedule is not as indicated on the page, at 7am and still closed, at 8:30 am there are no bun'uelos or pandebonos, you only find the products if you go Caledonia.

I ordered a minced meat like every Saturday and I don't know what happens, if the cook changes it because the meat is completely dry minced and impossible to eat, it didn't have a filling and the only one they sent was disgusting, tasteless and almost white. Apart from being fatter than meat, the Creole potatoes were barely able to 3, and rather old dried ones. It's a shame you must have a bad experience.

It's a shame this fell so far. There is never bread, if they put meat in the empanadas they are damaged. The bakery was good when run by the owner.

I came here to get some snacks to go for myself and my kids. Let me tell you how dissatisfied I'm. Food is stale, bocadillos are hard as a rock (not consumable) and the avena drinks are expired.
This is the worst location out of all the columbus bakeries in Toronto.

Bad experience with the overcooked and stiff carnitas and the Colombian empanadas with a rotten flavor. I commented to the person who was serving and taught him to throw away all the food in front of them and he just looked at me with a bad face for telling the truth.
