Iâve purchased food from Columbus Bakery several times, and overall I really enjoy it. The fried crispy pork is especially good, along with the variety of other fried snacksâtheyâre flavorful and great for takeout.
The main reason I didnât give five stars is because on a few occasions I paid for three or four sauces, but when I got home, I found that only one was included. Even though the staff kept saying, âYes, yes, I put in extra sauce,â it didnât always turn out to be true.
Another downside is that there are very few seats inside, so it can feel quite crowded. That said, I still really enjoy their takeout snacks and will continue coming back.

Whoever runs this business does not know what theyâre doing.
I stood in a nearly empty store watching half-a-dozen plus staff scurry around while I stood there like an idiot waiting for a bus that wasnât going to come.
This place needs management and staff that know how to treat and deal with customers.
There are poorly written signs of the food items with no descriptions of what that item might be. Honestly, the food looks old and not very appealing.
I left shaking my head wondering how people operate and stay in business. Get it together. We all love foods from all over the world. But you must learn modern ways of doing business. You are not in your home country anymore.
It was really pathetic experience. I wonât be going back. The place needs a makeover.

The more you buy the worse they treat you lol! I bought 40 empanandas for a party, I asked for hot sauce and they gave me one little container I said I'd need more and they told me I had to buy the big size because they ran out of little containers. I clearly saw at least 100 of them stacked in the fridge.....Do better for your customers especially when they are buying large quantities! Very good tasting though I will give them that!
