COMEBUY Bubble Tea North York

I love everything on the menu! Their tea is always made fresh to order, the tapiocas are delicious and they always get the ice and sweetness level just right. Comebuy has the most consistent quality out of all bubble tea brands I’ve tried in the GTA. It takes a bit of waiting to get your drink but so worth it!

I came for a pickup order and called ahead, but still had to wait another 5 minutes when I arrived. Even after telling them I was just here to pick up, they told me to line up with everyone else. What’s the point of pre-ordering then? Totally disorganized and unprofessional. Not coming back.

Osmanthus green milk tea is very delicious and fragrant. I always order more bubble and crystal jelly.

Really good drinks with nice tea flavor

The staff members were extremely aggressive and rude. I accidentally entered the store 30 minutes before opening because the door was open, but three staff members started yelling at me to leave, pushed me out, and slammed the door. I was shocked and completely frozen by their reaction. They handled a minor situation with excessive emotion and overreacted.

There have already been numerous reviews mentioning the rude attitude of the staff. Additionally, many customers have pointed out that the Comebuy location in Markham offers better quality drinks and friendlier service.

The staff here are unprofessional and have the wrong mindset. It raises the question of why the owner hasn’t taken any steps to address customer feedback, properly train the staff, or ensure the quality of the milk tea is maintained.

They are gonna give you so much less toppings if you don’t tip them.

COMEBUY Bubble Tea inside the Emerald Park building in North York quickly became a holiday season highlight for me and my friends. I visited twice during the holidays, purchasing around 10 drinks in total, and each experience was fantastic. Their signature milk tea with two toppings—tapioca and jelly—was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors and textures was spot on, and it’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients. Every single drink we tried was a hit, and my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed them. It’s rare to find a bubble tea spot where everyone leaves satisfied, but COMEBUY delivered.

The decor of the shop is inviting, with a modern and clean aesthetic that adds to the overall experience. The tearistas were incredibly friendly and efficient, even with the high volume of orders during the busy holiday season. Their warm demeanor and quick service made the visits even more enjoyable.

That said, the shop’s location inside the Emerald Park building is a bit tucked away—it’s situated in the back corner near the food court. It can be challenging to find if you’re not familiar with the layout of the building, but once you do, it’s well worth it. In fact, the slight effort to locate it feels like discovering a hidden gem. If you’re in the North York area and looking for bubble tea, this is a must-visit spot.

Went in not sure if we would wanted a drink … BUT after the very warm welcome and awesome service from the staff - we were SOLD!
His knowledge and help to us finding the perfect drink that we preferred was awesome.
From explain the different drinks, smelling the teas and helping guide us to our preferences, everything was great.

We (three of us ) picked our own drinks to our preferences and we were all very happy.

best cold milk teas we’ve tried!! Tapioca pears were perfect texture and sweetness to complement my drink. Will be coming back again for sure!

#1 best tapioca I've had. Drinks are pretty good but the tapioca is perfect (perfect chew and consistency.) If anyone here doesn't like their tapioca, they the type to buy their bbt from Freshly Squeezed.

My go-to is Barley milk tea with 0% sugar and add double Q! So good! Only complaint is the store close too early compared to other places

Neptune milk tea with bubbles and crystal jelly, and Taiwan roasted oolong tea latte were incredible. They let you smell the tea leaves as well - the tea leaves smelled very high grade.
